One Push of a Button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Making espresso drinks has never been easier. It stores the beans, grinds them, and disposes the puck in a receptacle with the push of a button. Having been a barista years ago using a manual espresso machine, this machine is super user friendly and makes a better espresso drink than most cafes these days. It is just a little bit louder than a Keurig machine. I love how I don't have to take a ton of steps to make a cappuccino. Stores espresso/coffee beans, grinds them, then stores the used espresso puck. You can even make macchiatos, and lattes it you adjust the settings. The milk frother/steamer cup is easy to clean, but leaves about a tablespoon of milk in the reservoir once steamed. Putting it together and setting it up was a bit confusing but all was resolved when viewing the manual online. It has indicators letting you know when to descale, add water, and empty the espresso puck bin.

Convenient and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love this espresso machine! To be honest we mostly use it for regular coffee. Being that this is an espresso machine at heart, of course, it wants to make smaller cups of coffee so we will set it to run like it's making two cups of coffee for our one. It tastes really good and is super convenient for when we don't want to make a whole regular pot. I did try using the latte go. It was not bad. Hopefully my video attached for that. I would love if we just have the milk heated without adding coffee so we could make hot chocolate with it as well. This is not a quiet machine for sure but you can use it for hot water, cappuccino, espresso and regular coffee. There is a setting to use already ground coffee in place of the whole beans but I had absolutely no luck with that. Likely operator error but I'll just stick with the beans. The machine comes apart pretty easily making it easy to clean. We really enjoy this machine and it's flexibility, even if we are stuck in coffee mode at the moment lol.

Awesome machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine it was easy to set up and get it running I love the fact that I don't have to guess when to descale the machine because after so many times making coffee. There's a button that will light up and let you know that it's time. Easy to use. Love the fact that I can use ground coffee and whole beans it grinds the beans and makes your drink from hot coffee to espresso to a cappuccino. And it froths the milk and makes the drink like it's supposed to be.

Good cup of Joe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love espresso and I love it strong. So I was very excited about this product. When I received it, I noticed it had some weight to it. So it will find a home and not be moved around the kitchen very often. The machine is big and takes up some counter space. I opened the box and it was packed very well. It was secure and protected without a lot of waste packing materials. I pulled out the instructions and was a bit complexed, there were no written instructions. Just steps shown in picture format. No explanations on the illustrations at all. I didn't panic about this but was concerned. I managed to stumble through the steps as illustrated and everything was fine. The machine worked great, a bit noisy though. As matter of fact, my 3 year old Labrador ran out of the kitchen and dove under the bed on the other end of the house noisy.. Coffee. I made a cup of regular coffee. I allowed me to use my favorite ground coffee that you buy at the grocery store. You just spoon it in to the hopper located at the top of the machine. You will have to play with the settings until you find the strength you desire. There are three settings for strength. Like I said I love it strong. So max is my setting.. it was very good . Now there are settings for cup amounts. I noticed that the amount of coffee it makes even at highest settings will only fill a “mug” halfway. I just made two rounds to fill my mug. Espresso. Instead of using already ground beans like your coffee, the espresso requires whole bean coffee. You just dump the beans into the hopper at the top and let the machine do the work. It will automatically grind the beans to the appropriate settings. You like it stronger, set the settings to the strong settings and let it go. The amount of espresso you get is adjustable but will be less than your coffee settings. It makes really good espresso. Hint, the fresher the roast the better your espresso will be. So buy it fresh. Cappuccino. This is where this machine really shines. It uses whole bean coffee same as for the espresso option. It has a milk hopper that steams your milk for your cappuccino. You pour the milk in the hopper hit the cappuccino option and let the machine do the work. And a pro tip, you can sweeten the milk add cinnamon to the milk and it will steam all together. It makes a great tasting cappuccino. Or use your favorite coffee mate, French vanilla , hazelnut for your milk. It will froth it the same for a flavorful cup of cappuccino. To fill a mug you will have to make two to three rounds. But it's worth it.. of course if you drink a full mug. You won't have any trouble staying awake most of the day.. lol. I really like the coffee this machine makes. The instructions are a bit confusing. I did find a video on YouTube on how to set it up after everything was set. You could always go that route. The two things that I wish was better are the amounts it makes. I wish it would fill a mug without making two to three rounds to fill it. And secondly, the noise. It's pretty noisy. My lab is still traumatized by it. lol he runs every time it's used.

Variety of drinks at your finger tips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was very easy. The instructions were easy to follow. I also found a YouTube video for this machine which was awesome made the set up even easier. I used oat milk for my cappuccino and it didn't froth as much as regular milk so just heads up if you're using alt milk. Customizing coffee to your preference is such a nice feature. My husband likes his much stronger than I do but with this machine we can make it the way we want. Cannot speak on durability as I have not had it long enough to test that yet but i am hoping it stays part of our kitchen staple appliance for years to come. The only downside is it's so loud, like loud loud. My husband woke up before me and made himself a cup and it woke me up in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen.

Never go out for coffee again.

I love my cappuccino and the occasional coffee shop treat. I basically never get coffee out because of this machine. I like the fresh from beans coffee taste. I had a drip coffee pot, french press, and grinder before. I only use this now. i have had mine for over a year. I did not purchase through Sams club but this is one of the best items I have gotten. The only thing I wish it had was a milk only button.

Fancy espresso machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the "fanciest" espresso machine I have had. I was skeptical because I am lazy and do not like to take the time to grind the beans and empty the handle thing all the time or clean it. I have gotten rid of all my old machines because of my laziness. This one is so much easier to make coffee/ espresso in and easier to clean and use in general. So far I have had it for about a week and used it every day. Worth the higher price point in my opinion. This one is a keeper!

Well made cappuccino with perfectly frothed milk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I would recommend this espresso machine. I've used it primarily to make cappuccinos and been very happy with the results. It took a bit to get comfortable with the operation, but the more I used it the more I enjoyed the results and the easier it became. Pros: -I followed the instructions on how to set it up, clean it, and ready it for use. The instructions were easy to follow. -it's easy to clean - the water tank, the frother, and easy to give the whole machine a rinse -it doesn't take up too much space on the counter -the frother works really well -ability to customize how you like your espressos or cappuccinos Cons: -on the frother, the measurements are hard to read. -does take a little time to get used to the settings so that you can make the cup of espresso or cappuccino you personally like
