Changed from 3ply to 2ply.

This used to goofd TP, not anymore. Thin junk and and their new wavey seams are awful also. We've used for years - not anymore!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin is out favorite toilet paper brand, but the Ultra Strong product isn't liked by anyone in my family. True, it is strong but we don't like the feel. I can't recommend it. We will continue to purchase other Charmin paper products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I open the package of Charmin Ultra Strong tolet paper as soon as I got the package from Bzzagent free for trying it due to I had ran out of my usual brand and let me tell you,wow i was impressed with just how little paper I had to use to get the job done but yet how soft it felt on my bottom. It did not tear apart as I was using it, it was super strong and held together well. I felt so fresh afterwards and I know my wife will be so happy with no more "skid marks". Charmin Ultra Strong is my new tolet paper for life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife buys Scott toilet paper. I hate it. It feels like sandpaper. After both of us using this, our minds have changed. It is very soft and strong. You definitely don't need to use much, a little goes a long way. My only complaint: My five year old uses a ton of toilet paper. He doesn't understand how strong this is and you don't need to use much. So he still uses a lot of this. And it causes my toilet to become clogged. Aside from that, I am pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong does its job, I always disliked thin papery generic brand toilet papers.Charmin Ultra Strong comes to the rescue with a tough paper that won't tear, but is still soft enough that your backside won't complain! I used just three squares of the Ultra Soft and was able to clean up my business. Being a fan of Charmin, I already had Charmin Ultra Soft and comparing the two. Granted the Ultra Soft was softer, but not by all that much and the Ultra Strong is noticeably tougher. I typically use 4 to 5 squares of the Ultra Soft at a time, so you could definitely increase the lifespan of the roll with the Ultra Strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I ever would purchase this product I would want to know how it compares to other similar brands and if it really does what it says it does. I would also want to know if it would be worth investing my money into it. My regular toilet paper is not soft at all...The Charmin Ultra Strong is not only soft, but very strong as well! It was extremely comforting to use! It was something I would definitely recommend to others to purchase and use in their daily lives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In generally my family wasn't impressed. We typically use the Charmin ultra soft, which is much more gentle on the areas we shan't speak of. The Ultra Strong just felt much more abrasive - not as bad and the cheap no name stuff, but rough nevertheless. The Ultra Strong also clogged our toilet for the first time in a very long. So i assume it's more dense or something, the clogging isn't a good thing. I don't think we'll use this going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have say that Charmin Ultra Strong does live up to it's name. It is strong, absorbent, and has a very thick texture. I did appreciate this opposed to a cheaper brand that tends to fall apart in seconds. No paper particles were left behind either, which is always appreciated! However, I was disappointed in the softness of the toilet paper. Charmin claims that it is soft, ans while is is compared to generic paper and 1000 sheet paper, it is missing the mark when compared to my normal quilted brand. It felt a bit industrial to the touch and while some may not mind the lack of softness, my family prefers our normal plush quilted brand to Ultra Strong. I also noticed that the roll did not last as long as expected. We went through the Charmin 4 pack in about 3 days compared to 4 days with plush paper. I felt a little unsure of using Ultra Strong permanently because it seems like it will end up clogging our sewer lines due to the thickness. The price is in line with every other national brand so the value is there. We never use generic paper products because they cost more in the long run and Charmin does a good job competing with brand name options. I feel that those looking for a thick toilet paper will be pleased with Charmin Ultra Strong. While it is not a perfect match for our household, there are plenty of people that prefer strength to softness and Charmin is always a highly regarded, trusted brand and it does deliver strength when needed.
