[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Charmin Ultra Strong Tissue, I didn't see a big difference from the normal tissue paper that I normally use. The roll is really small and it seems to get used up twice as fast. The fact that the strength is 4 times greater doesn't necessarily mean you use less tissue paper. I don't see it as an upgrade to the brand that I currently use and when I saw the price difference I probably won't be switching. I think that is the feeling among most people today in the economy. We just don't see the benefit from spending more money on consumable items because we use them up too quickly. We usually opt for cheaper / less quality/ high quantity items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Charmin Ultra Strong TP. I've been on the market for a good TP for a long time. And I haven't found anything better than Charmin. Ultra Strong TP has mostly only pros: it's very soft, but it's strong at the same time, so I don't get in a surprising and uncomfortable situation when the TP breaks in the middle of the wiping process. This TP is fragrance free, but I don't care about that. It nicely fits in the TP holder, the roll is not too big. Even though it's advertised that I can use less TP, I still use the same amount. I guess the only cons I could find is that it ends eventually.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the package of Charmin Ultra Strong arrived my wife was wondering why I had brought a new toilet paper into the house-hold (we're more of an lower level toilet paper user). Having used two rolls up, I can certainly say that Charmin is the new toilet paper of the household. Why? The toilet paper is superior on a few levels: - Strong: can blow your nose in it and it will not fall apart. You also do not need three or four squares like the other toilet paper - just one Ultra Strong is "strong" enough. Also handles the business without any issues. - Texture: My wife thought the new Charmin Ultra Strong was going to feel like sand paper. But it did not. The Ultra Strong is soft enough for the most delicate bottom. - Absorbent: The Charmin Ultra Strong can absorb a fair amount of liquid without breaking apart. Again, one does not need multiple squares, when one can meet the needs. Already looking for the next pack of Charmin Ultra Strong.

I can't wait to plop my bottom on the porcelain seat and finish the day with the strong, yet gentle, Charmin Ultra TP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My number one concern with trying this product was that it marked as "septic-safe" (or whatever). The most well known/recommended toilet paper for use with septic systems seems to be Scott brand... and I've always found that too thin for my liking. Enter my seemingly eternal struggle to find a softer thicker toilet paper that is not only "septic safe" but that can please everyone in my family. The most telling thing about this product is not that it miraculously converted every person in my household to a fan, but that it was not outright rejected by some of the more adamant fans of the Scott brand. Personally, I'm very happy with this product as it seems to be the best of both worlds.

It's very thick so it's actually considered a "double roll". 2 in 1, what a great deal. I highly recommend it, and will be a fan of this brand forever.

This does a great job, but doesn't stand out over the high-end Wegmans branded or Quilted northern. I'd suggest buying it if its priced well, but I didn't see anything that suggests that you should pay a premium over others in the same tier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I thought it was pretty good, the overwhelming review from the family was negative. They are all big fans of Charmin Ultra Soft, but do not like this version. They found it to be too harsh, again compared to Ultra Soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TP is very soft so that's a great feature, however, where I live they discourage using super soft TP due to the septic system. There is no way for me to tell if this will have a negative effect on the septic system so I'll just have to trust the product marketing which states it will not cause clogging of the septic system.
