The cost is to high

This toilet paper is soft, strong and durable. The quality is undeniable and holds up well. All rolls fit perfectly in our holder. I always buy it in bulk it keep it in hand and never run out.

I now prefer using the red - Ultra Strong Charmin. Used to use the blue Ultra Soft, but it would leave paper bits. Never liked that. The Ultra Strong is still soft enough. Only dislike is that it still does tear along the perforated sheets. But haven't tried the new curved "zig-zag" perforations yet.

Not as soft as Charmin Ultra soft, but it is strong and only tears at the perforations as designed. Don't have to worry about trying to use half-squares or doubling due to being too thin. Biggest downside is only 270 squares per roll making it expensive.

We had previously exclusively bought a different "cotton" brand, but tried this after using it at a relative's house. Love that we can get it at Sam's, and frequently with a coupon! Not too soft to be too linty, strong enough to get the job done. We are on a septic and have no issues. Great buy

Charmin obviously reduced the thickness of this paper to the point it is almost see through. You have to use a lot more to get the same performance as the original product. They should fire the people involved in ruining what used to be the industry leader. As a user of this product for 30 years I will not be purchasing this defective product or any other Charmin product. Bunch of deceptive scammers and fraudsters.

I buy this type of Charmin all the time at the grocery store. It's super soft—just the right amount of softness but not ridiculously soft like the blue package. The “Club Pack” however is not soft. It's fine as toilet paper and does the job, but it's definitely different from what you would buy elsewhere in a similar looking package.

Looked water damaged. Was told I’d have to return defective product within 30 days. The product is in Chicago. I’m in Milwaukee. Would cost more in tolls and fuel than I paid . Was I misinformed about the 30 days. Could not add pictures to survey.

I've been using Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper for years and I wouldn't use any other product. It's durable without being rough, so a few sheets actually get the job done. It doesn't tear easily like some other brands, and the roll seems to last much longer. It's soft, strong and reliable.
