We’ve had the washer dryer combo for about 2 months. The number of “settings” seems great but it’s excessive and rarely used. The washer has a filter on the bottom left that leaks into the pedestal that also has holes in it so water leaked all the way below the unit. Awful design. Use caution when cleaning!

Main board defective after 18 months and Samsung decided to discontinue to sell the replacement part …. But yet they still sell the machine. Better buy all the additional warranty you can get from them because they sure don’t want you to get it fixed and sell you a new one. Or better yet, buy a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago to replace previous Samsung washer that was 15 years old. Best feature is the STEAM cycles. Leave clothes cleaner and fresher smelling than other cycles. One issue is the Self-clean cycle - it is over 3 hours long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung front load washer and dryer, the colors are beautiful, and it goes perfectly with my entire laundry room, it has an extra-large front load, I can wash oversized comforters and blankets and they come out nice and soap free, it has various cycles and adjusts to your needs, steam, quick wash, sanitizer, etc. And it allows you to save energy and, above all, time, and always with excellent cleaning. It has a SmartThinks application where I can manage my appliances as I want, program and monitor how the process is going, I love this especially when I'm at work and I need to have my clothes ready. This washing machine has a super advanced technology inside that maintains a clean and fresh smell, very convenient especially when I can't dry it inside, it doesn't make noise, it's quite silent. Something that I loved about my washing machine is that it can be placed in a tower, and I save a lot of space.

Bought this in November of 22 and it's Sept 24 and already broken. Didn't use it much for over a year, as I was moving , and it's still toast. Warranty is only 1 year.
