[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this washer after my top loader whirlpool died. I have never owned a front loader washer, but decided to try this one. Our clothes are so much cleaner with this than with our old machine. Love at first wash.

Washing machine seems good, I am using new one from past 45 days but it makes loud kirking sound while spinning. I am contacting samsung support to get this fixed. And I dont see the doors closing smoothly. The soap oil drawyer openinrg and closing is not smooth. There are IoT and other high tech features. The menu is very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a lot of different options. Many I have not used yet. The speed wash cycle is one of my favorites. I can't believe how quick this cycle is and my clothes still come out great. The smart technology is great. It allows me check the cycle status from my refrigerator. It also lets you know when it is time to clean the drum. I really enjoy the lack of vibration. This washer is very quiet, which is great because it is close to our bedroom. Overall I'm very impressed and loo forward to trying out some of the other options. I would definitely recommend this washer.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a recent purchase. I live the fact that I can load a much larger load than the regular sized machines. Connecting through the Samsung app is helpful for times when you’re away and want to start a load off peak times. Clothes have been washing well & the skin cycle is quite effective which helps with the drying time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago. It works really efficiently. I’m able to fit a full size comforter in there along with the sheets and it doesn’t feel crowded. Looking forward to trying to steam function.

Washer is 2yrs old and bearings went out! Sounded like an airplane was taking off in our laundry room. Bosts of 20 year warranty. Samsung would pay for parts but not labor. Cost of labor was $800. Not doing it! Going to try an LG instead. Highly recommend looking at another brand.

Not to mention, they look great! We've had this for about two months and absolutely love it so far. Huge capacity, great features and easy to use. We love the we can control it with Smart Things on our Samsung fridge!
