We got a great deal on this washer with the dryer, delivery and installation went well, and we are very happy. They look good, modern, can control with my phone, Amazon Alex let's us know when the wash is done, has option for very quick wash, and they work very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 2 months ago and it is great! I love how it connects to my phone to let me know when the load is complete. I love the numerous options for water temp, spin, soil level, etc... The only concern that I have with this washer is the softener compartment in the drawer. When I add the softener it seems to immediately go into the washer at the first wash rather than when it is rinse time. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how Samsung is able to combine design and function into a product. It looks amazing and performs great. It is large enough for anything you might throw at it without being too large on the outside like other machines same size. Steam cleaning is very good and helped with stubborn stains that did not come out otherwise. It is Energy Star rated so with the prices going up that helps. Wi-Fi connectivity is amazing, it really helps speed thing up and you can start it from work. That way you only wait for the dryer instead of both. The app also helps chose the right washing cycle, easier to chose what you want. Super speed wash is great, saves time and actually works. Other brands with quick wash do not work as good and end up doing it twice. All in all it is an amazing washer and would recommend it to anyone.

New to the front load world and absolutely love the size and speed of a cycle. Now we have doubled our countertops with this stackable unit. Just learning the features and the SmartThings App. For our family load size and speed cycle are the key.

Do not purchase this model!! I received a defective dryer and they sent me a replacement for it. That replacement also came defective. They sent another replacement and that too was also defective. My whole experience was a nightmare. If you read reviews on this model, so many other customers has experienced the same thing.

I bought this pair in August. Today my washer won’t open and the controller just spins, it is stuck on the delicate cycle. I hate the fact that my clothes are now going to get moldy because I cannot get them out. I tried resetting the machine to no avail. I am so disappointed and angry that I’m going to lose these clothes!!!

I bought this machine in November of 2024 for the brick. I would not recommend this machine to anyone. We have tried many different cycles, many different detergents and nothing gets our clothes clean. Even the most basic of dirt stains do not come clean. I called to for a satisfaction guarantee or to try to return the units I am that upset with them and they gave no options other than to change detergents again . We bought the matching dryer and have trouble with it as well. Nothing comes out dry, needs multiple cycles and the lint vent is extremely difficult to be cleaned out . Honestly wish I never purchased these machines. Spent a lot of money to not be satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and so far so good, a bit noisier than my other washer. The door does not stay open to help air out cylinder but that must be a safety feature preventing a small child to enter. Easy install and operational guide!
