[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and cleans well. It's brand new so I can't speak to longevity. The downside is that I purchased this large set so I wouldn't have to go to the laundromat for my king comforter. It took a shove to get it in and the machine wasn't able to spin it out due to the size of the comforter.

It's fast, quite & does everything we need, with the steam option you can remove fowl smells & sanitize thing's like dog bedding or sports gear. The WiFi option works great, it will let you know when it's done, or you can send customized washing cycles or start a load when your not at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I'd enjoy a front load washer but this one just I can do my blankets in there I can do all my kids clothes and one load it's so huge it hooks up to my Samsung app and let me know when it's done come out looking great and even has like a 19 minute wash when I need stuff done super quick and the steam option is great for them stains and it never shakes like my old washes used to do to being overloaded!

I like that I can do my laundry without being in my laundry room and it keeps me updated through the app so I can know when my washer needs maintenance or when my load is done. And added plus that the washer used to know you and knows your favorite settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great unit. I haven't had any issues using it at all. It cleans well and it requires minimum maintenance. I will say the one issue is you must stay on your preventative maintenance schedule. Do not fall behind.

The front load is a real treat not only eliminating vibration but it seems to hold more and wash better in less time. We're really enjoying this washer so far. It's extremely versatile, from removing stains from work clothes to taking care of delicate fabrics. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched to this Samsung front loading washer when our top loading washer broke. This is the first front loader that we ever had. What a difference in how bright and how fresh the laundry comes out, especially when using the steam cycles. I have many pets and reptiles so I use the steam sanitize very frequently. The wifi and smart controls are a game changer. I just wish you didn't have to push smart control for each time, but I guess you have to load the laundry anyway. I would recommend also getting the pedestal if you are tall or have back issues. We didn't at first, but ended up getting them after. All in all it is a great washer and we love it!
