We love having the choice of making a large pot of coffee or making a cup at time from a pod. This pot makes expresso too. It's easy to use and coffee comes out great and hot!

I've had this machine for a while now. I love almost everything about it. First, it has no off function for the regular drip coffee and (the most irritating) I have broke numerous coffee mugs with the Kcup/espresso side. The udjustable shelf is poorly designed and cannot hold the weight of a mug with all the vibration when in use.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas its an ok product but espresso should best brew at 195 and the hottest mine got was 165. They had me cut cord off and take picture before would send me another which ment 5-6 days no coffee. New one came and same issue. I bought a new Keurig for office at work that heats water hotter than this thing and didn't pay half the cost. Of the price of this. It can do whole pot, kcup or original nespresso but my husband spent way to much on this for what it does i will deal as i dont waste money but will never but Cusinart again

Used it once and the reservoir leaked everywhere. Thought it was a fluke so I emptied it and started over but the same thing occurred again. Don't waste your money!
