This 4-in-1 barista bar gets a lot of use! I make coffee in it every morning and we have lattes and mochas every day. Everything works as it should. I would recommend.

Absolute garbage

This thing is a pile of garbage. It's not intuitive to even brew a pot of coffee and the espresso feature doesn't work. It doesn't even puncture the pods so if you want a nice hot shot of water, this is the machine for you. For the rest of us that would like coffee, don't bother. This trash is getting shipped back. It's not worth the headache.

E0 Code.

Just got this unit today. Followed manual instructions. Went to do single serve initial clean without pod and repeatedly get E0 error code. Replicated this several times. Hate it when product fails to work perfectly upon delivery arrival. Now I think I have to pack it up and return because I get a bad feeling for this units future if I was to keep it.

Terrible locking lid design

Third one replaced under warranty- they're junk and I'm a big Cuisinart fan of many years. I'm guessing they finally are dumping this machine. Lids and pods jam and sometimes it won't unlock. Coffee pot works fine

What a piece of junk!

What .a piece of junk!!! This machine came today. Finally figured out that you can't have the pod and espresso setups in the machine at the same time or you get an EO reading. Cannot turn the machine off even though the poorly written manual says this is how to turn it on/off. The warming plate stays hot and cannot turn it off. Also, the ad does not tell you that the carafe reservoir has to be filled with the exact amount of water that you are going to brew.

Good Quality

I am a great believer in Cuisinart products and have had several of their coffee makers over the years. This one again is great quality. I have only 1 complaint, why can't Cuisinart figure out how to make the coffee hotter, if it came out hot I would give this a 5 star

Don't Bother

I bought this coffee maker in December 2024, and within 4 months, it stopped working. It was replaced, but two months later, the same issue occurred again. The problem is with the single-cup brewer. The hot water is not filtering through and collecting at the top of the K-cup. Same issue both times. This was a waste of money and a disappointment.

Steamer only works for a short time

I got this as a gift from my husband. The steamer worked for about a week and now does not steam the milk into a foam it just heats it up. Some kcup pods leave a mess you have to clean inside but other than that it works great. The clean mode is only for the pot not the single serve or steamer.

Lid stuck again..

Bought this machine about a year ago, the expresso/kcup lid keeps getting stuck. I was able to unlock it the first time around. Not sure how I got it open, it just decided to pop open for me. Now once again its stuck and I'm having no luck getting it open this time around. So frustrating ready to kick it! :(
