Have had this for set a year it is excellent 5 year old grandchildren love it and the older kids 10-20 love it also hung a baby swing from the trapeze bars!. Me too a 200 lb man can swing as hard as he can, this set is rock solid, backed by Excellent customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the swing set for Easter. My kids love it (ages1-6) The neighbor kids love it too. It seems to be high quality, expected from lifetime. The set up was not too hard. Two men, in the dark, maybe 1.5 hours. we had great customer service from the factory warehouse near us. It does wiggle a little when the kids shake it when standing on top of the slide. We may cement it in, but as of right now it's just sitting on the grass, we did zero leveling or ground prep. We are very happy with this purchase.

The chat agents handled my replacement parts well, and got me the parts in 1 week. Our 3 kids love this swingset. Big enough for teens, and challenging enough for youngers. Love how this swingset has a (1) slide, (2) monkey bars, (3) swings, (4) fireman pole, (5) a bar swing, and (6) ring swing. Lots to do on this to keep the kids playing outside and away from video games. Brooke was an amazing sales person! She's getting married soon and probably moving away, but I'd buy from her again and again! She was kind, and my wife and I had a fun experience shopping at the Clearfield store.

I called customer service and will be receiving the extra hardware in 3-5 days. Great service and highly recommend this company.

I bought the monkey bar adventure set (earth tone) about 2 years ago and the grandchildren just love it. I love the quality and as they say you get what you pay for. this set was a great investment for my family and the support from their team is the very best.

This swing set is great! It came with great instructions and small parts (bolts etc) were packaged and labeled for easy recognition to install. Took my husband and I approximately 4 hrs to install. Purchased for 6 and 4 yr old granddaughters who love it. it is very heavy duty and believe it will last a long time! We were missing one part for slide to attach to but were able to install without it. Called the number provided and part was shipped out without any issue.

It takes two people for some of the assembly, few tools, hammer , wrench. When hammering in the pole that stabilizes the firemans pole it flares out some so that the firemans pole can not slide over it, so we had to file the edge of it so it could go over it.

This is a great swingset. My kids are 8 & 6 and they'll use it for years to come. The monkey bars are a definite asset! Assembly took two of us four hours, but the instructions are good . . . just a lot of pieces to put together. Love it and would highly recommend it!
