This is a great swingset. My kids are 8 & 6 and they'll use it for years to come. The monkey bars are a definite asset! Assembly took two of us four hours, but the instructions are good . . . just a lot of pieces to put together. Love it and would highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the swing set for Easter. My kids love it (ages1-6) The neighbor kids love it too. It seems to be high quality, expected from lifetime. The set up was not too hard. Two men, in the dark, maybe 1.5 hours. we had great customer service from the factory warehouse near us. It does wiggle a little when the kids shake it when standing on top of the slide. We may cement it in, but as of right now it's just sitting on the grass, we did zero leveling or ground prep. We are very happy with this purchase.

I bought the monkey bar adventure set (earth tone) about 2 years ago and the grandchildren just love it. I love the quality and as they say you get what you pay for. this set was a great investment for my family and the support from their team is the very best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swingset is great, once we got the replacement parts mailed to us. There was 1 defective bolt, and one missing bolt for different parts of the set. The chat agents handled my replacement parts well, and got me the parts in 1 week. Our 3 kids love this swingset. Big enough for teens, and challenging enough for youngers. Love how this swingset has a (1) slide, (2) monkey bars, (3) swings, (4) fireman pole, (5) a bar swing, and (6) ring swing. Lots to do on this to keep the kids playing outside and away from video games. Brooke was an amazing sales person! She's getting married soon and probably moving away, but I'd buy from her again and again! She was kind, and my wife and I had a fun experience shopping at the Clearfield store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this swing set. We didn't want a complicated monstrosity in our back yard that would annoy the neighbors - this blends in beautifully with the woods around it. Relatively easy to put together - instructions were very clear and there were only a couple of points where we needed two people to lift and connect things. The kids love it - it seems very sturdy (no real risk of rocking over even without the anchors). Nice size for both our four and seven year old kids and their friends. Couldn't be happier.

I just got it set up, and I like the features. I do notice that there is some slight lateral sway (along the axis of the 3 swings) if I push/pull at the end opposite the trapeze end. While the instructions for setting the swing up are very well done and easy to follow, the set came with parts missing. The platform for the slide was missing, and the safety plastic ends for the 2 horizonal bars joining the vertical bars that support the monkey bars were missing - replaced by plastic parts that had nothing to do with this product. When I called to request these parts, it was handled very well and competently. I see on the invoice that came by Email that these parts are being sent without charge. I was told on the phone that they will arrive in 4 days from the time of my phone conversation when I reported the above. Kids and their moms have been using the playset, and everything seems to be going fine.

It takes two people for some of the assembly, few tools, hammer , wrench. When hammering in the pole that stabilizes the firemans pole it flares out some so that the firemans pole can not slide over it, so we had to file the edge of it so it could go over it.

This swing set is great! It came with great instructions and small parts (bolts etc) were packaged and labeled for easy recognition to install. Took my husband and I approximately 4 hrs to install. Purchased for 6 and 4 yr old granddaughters who love it. it is very heavy duty and believe it will last a long time! We were missing one part for slide to attach to but were able to install without it. Called the number provided and part was shipped out without any issue.

Was in need of replacement parts, and they were great in helping me get what I needed.

The set was the multi-colored one which I wanted. It finally arrived last week-after a month of waiting. We got it set up over the weekend. It is just as I expected. My granddaughter loves it.
