[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the swing set for Easter. My kids love it (ages1-6) The neighbor kids love it too. It seems to be high quality, expected from lifetime. The set up was not too hard. Two men, in the dark, maybe 1.5 hours. we had great customer service from the factory warehouse near us. It does wiggle a little when the kids shake it when standing on top of the slide. We may cement it in, but as of right now it's just sitting on the grass, we did zero leveling or ground prep. We are very happy with this purchase.

It takes two people for some of the assembly, few tools, hammer , wrench. When hammering in the pole that stabilizes the firemans pole it flares out some so that the firemans pole can not slide over it, so we had to file the edge of it so it could go over it.

I love the new swingset. I loved the fact that it was simple to put together and made out of metal. The primary colors look great in my yard and Lifetime also has a great video on Youtube. The video shows how to assemble the swingest step by step which saves money on hiring someone. Overall, I am very happy with the product.

This swing set is great! It came with great instructions and small parts (bolts etc) were packaged and labeled for easy recognition to install. Took my husband and I approximately 4 hrs to install. Purchased for 6 and 4 yr old granddaughters who love it. it is very heavy duty and believe it will last a long time! We were missing one part for slide to attach to but were able to install without it. Called the number provided and part was shipped out without any issue.

I just got it set up, and I like the features. I do notice that there is some slight lateral sway (along the axis of the 3 swings) if I push/pull at the end opposite the trapeze end. While the instructions for setting the swing up are very well done and easy to follow, the set came with parts missing. The platform for the slide was missing, and the safety plastic ends for the 2 horizonal bars joining the vertical bars that support the monkey bars were missing - replaced by plastic parts that had nothing to do with this product. When I called to request these parts, it was handled very well and competently. I see on the invoice that came by Email that these parts are being sent without charge. I was told on the phone that they will arrive in 4 days from the time of my phone conversation when I reported the above. Kids and their moms have been using the playset, and everything seems to be going fine.

It was so easy to assemble my 10yr old daughter did most of the work, with a litle bit of help. Even our adult children have gotten some playtime in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the monkey bar adventure swing set. During asssembly, I broke a bolt for connecting the swing set to the ladder system. I called customer service and will be receiving the extra hardware in 3-5 days. Great service and highly recommend this company.

I bought the monkey bar adventure set (earth tone) about 2 years ago and the grandchildren just love it. I love the quality and as they say you get what you pay for. this set was a great investment for my family and the support from their team is the very best.
