Good playground but the slide is weak. It didn't last long. There is no support towards the bottom of the slide so it bends 3/4 of the way down.

Easy assembly. I was able to put this together on Christmas Eve with very minimal prep work (I put half the A-frame together). Solid construction and sturdy

The swingset is great, but I wanted to write a review about Lifetime's customer service. We recently moved cross country and the movers lost a few of the bolts and some plastic. I reached out to Lifetime to see if I could buy the replacement parts and they shipped them to me at no cost. The customer service is phenomenal!

This unit was almost bypassed by us until a reviewer mentioned this while we were searching on a wooden swing set. With all the maintenance that has to be done on a wooden swing set, this metal swing set eliminates all that! After the putting together, this solid unit holds 2 boys and 2 adults with no cement or anchors(although it does come with anchors). However, I will say this---it's a bit more expensive to buy from here than from other sites where they don't charge you for shipping and tax! I feel that Walmart shouldn't tell you that they don't charge for shipping on products over a certain amount but do charge you a surcharge of $99.99 for handling the product. I say search elsewhere for better pricing. Hint Hint....shedsforlessdirect.com

I purchased this set on 06/18/13 & assembled it with the help of a neighbor on 06/29/30. Instructions were very clear. Parts & hardware fit & work perfectly. Took us about 3.5 hours to assemble - not bad for two 64 year olds in the heat & humidity of south Louisiana. The set is large, so make sure that your yard is big enough. My grandchildren will enjoy it for many years. The quality & sturdiness is top-notch!

We just received this new swing set and were amazed at the ease of assembly!! All items were grouped together and labeled that followed right along with the Owners Manual. Excellent!!! Even neighbors were commenting!! Can't wait for the grandkids to get here and try it out!!!

My children love this swing set. The like the monkey bars and get good exercise doing pull ups. The set was easy to setup - the instructions worked! I moved it once to add a wood chip base and it is even better now with some cushioning. The fist place all my children go when they go out is to this swing set and my youngest can play for hours without a hitch!

This is an ok playground set. The swings can hold an adult which is great. My only negative about this play set is the slide. It is a little steep and the wavy part makes it a little dangerous to where it can throw a child off of it cause the slide walls are not as high. If we knew that in the beginning, we would've chosen a different playground set. Kind of wasted our money on this one. Oh well.

This is the most well built durable swing set ever. It was fairly easy to assemble. It took 2 people approximately 4 hours. The instructions were easy to follow. THE ONLY REASON we gave it four stars instead of five was not the product itself but the shipping time. We ordered this on 8-27-19 from Home Depot. It was shipped from Utah and arrived at YRC Freight in Knoxville, TN on 9-3-19... four business days excluding the Labor Day holiday. It was scheduled to arrive at our destination in New Market, TN on 9-13-19... eight business days excluding the Labor Day holiday. We contacted YRC Freight complaining about the scheduled arrival date. They then rescheduled our delivery date to 9-11-19 which was still six business days before arrival. We were disappointed that this product shipped from Utah to Tennessee faster than from Knoxville to New Market, 30 minutes away! Home Depot was unsympathetic to our complaint. They need to consider alternative shipping contractors... something for which Lifetime should be aware.

I was very careful in choosing what play structure to purchase, to replace the wood one that had been a part of my private preschool for many years. I now wish I had made the investment in a Lifetime swing set long ago. My students ask at the start of each class day, "When are we going outside teacher?" I love seeing their smiling faces as they swing, climb and slide to their delight. Not only is my Lifetime swing set well built and sturdy for a class of energetic 4 and 5 year olds, but I love how the earth tone design blends so well into our beautiful green Northwest playyard.
