Recently, one swing seat broke but there are two others working. Lifetime shipped me a replacement right away, and you just cant ask for more than that, the company lives up to it's name...Livetime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this swing set about 2 years ago. My 10 year old and 7 year old love it. It is even sturdy enough for the adults to use the swings (up to 165 lbs). However, many of the steel parts started rusting after a while. I still give it 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received over the phone recently. They quickly provided a remedy to our rusting issue that I am very pleased with. My son and I put this together on Saturday. It tool us over 7 hours due to the bolts having lock tight so heavily on them that each had to be cleaned of in order to put the bolt together. It was so frustrating. Plus on 2 parts the numbering was different than the instructions. Plus the holes on the end caps did NOT match up and we had to drill them out. No fun and GREAT hassle Be forewarned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our home, I found myself in the market for something to keep my three kids entertained. The problem that I kept running into with swing sets is that they won't hold a teenager! My 13yo loves to swing as much as the 4yo does, so we needed something that they can all use. This set has been perfect. My littler kids are learning to hang and climb and my oldest can be out there with them without getting too bored. My husband set it up in one evening, with little help from anyone else, and it's only needed a little tweaking since. In fact, it's so sturdy and well made that it shows no adverse effect from being partially submerged this spring when we flooded!

Love this swing set! Needed to replace an old wooden set that was rotting and am completely satisfied. It's super sturdy, and my husband put it together by himself in a few hours. I know it'll last too, and we don't have to worry about sanding and painting a wood one. The kids love it too!

My daughter has been playing on this swing set for three years now. It is sturdy and never needs to be washed or sealed like the wood swing sets. It does not need to be anchored to the ground. The design itself anchors it and then one pole goes into the ground. It was easy to assemble. Two men assembled it in 90 minutes.

I love this play set. We have this set up at our property that we camp at. One thing I really like about it is that it is galvanized as well as powder coated so even though the snow completely covers it in the winter, it holds up great! Before we pack up for the winter, I simply remove the swings and the slide which is easy to remove and reattach. Lot's of great memories with the kids. I highly recommend this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the swing set for a few years now and it's held up very well with lots of use! It's still in excellent condition, doesn't look weather worn at all. We bought the dome to match and will be getting the teeter totter as well.

I bought this 3 years ago and it is still being used. Us adults can swing on it too and that makes it fun to have in the yard.
