Received a returned item which Sam’s Club was wanting to get rid of so they just pass it on to someone else. Didn’t come in original box. Came in giant box with lots of paper and cardboard to keep it from flying around in box. Definitely a horrible experience for ordering items on their site for online only. Expect to receive items that work. Not just shipping out products that don’t work probably, rather then just repairing those items
