I love it! It’s quiet and powerful! 4 instead of 5 stars because I don’t like the single serve blending cup attachments I bought to go along with it. They have a hard time finding the sensor and are not as powerful. I recommend getting the 48oz bowl as another option instead of the single serves.

We use our Vitamix a few times a week and it is so good! It has helped us plan healthier meals for the week and has saved us money. The cookbook that is included has amazing recipes and has really helped us experiment and master our A2500! We highly recommend.

I bought this to replace my Ninja Blender that finally died after 6 years of daily use. So far I think I like it. My biggest complaint is that I miss having a completely removable blade when I clean it (this is something Ninja does well). Otherwise the power seems much better than the Ninja - I just have to get used to having a non-removable blade down at the bottom vs. a completely removable blade that goes all the way up the pitcher.

We love it, this was the first time we bought this blender. Debating over other brands, finally after reading the reviews, bought this. Very easy to use, easy to wash and easy to handle. I should not complain but we felt its bit loud while running, maybe its normal for this powerful motor.

I’ve been using Ninja blenders for years and was tired of replacing them every 3 years. When I asked friends what I should get, almost all of them said Vitamix so I decided to make the investment. I am glad I did! It grinds everything! No raspberry seeds stuck in my teeth anymore and it even makes pizza dough! Its quieter than my Ninja up until speed 8 and then its pretty loud. But if you needed to be quieter, you could just blend at the lower speeds. I am officially a Vitamix fan for life!

I bought this blender in December since I was moving into a new house and my old,cheap blender broken down a few days before the moving. I really like the power feature and the effectiveness/convenience of the product. I have been making smoothie daily with this blender since the purchase, and I have no issues with it so far. I would like to try some recipes (like soup etc.) in the future to see how compatible it is.

they are requesting i do this review. but i have not had the machine for very long. so its a bit premature to give a accurate review. The biggest negative was the price. Its super expensive. But it is American made. If it were not, i would not have been willing to pay that much for it. i do like the features it has. if you want to make a smoothie, you turn the dial to the picture of the smoothie and press start button and it runs the machine at one speed for several seconds and then speeds up at appropriate time and when its done it stops and the results are the smoothie comes out perfect. with a ordinary blender, you'd have to adjust the speeds manually and check it until you got it where you wanted. but it does have a way to do it manually if you didn't like using their preset settings for smoothie and a couple other items, i forget right now what they are. one thing they could improve on is i am not jazzed about the plastic container. wished it was glass. also the lid has a twist off center cap, which is hard to twist off easily. its somewhat hard to pull up to add some water/juice or some thing through that opening. but overall, thats a minor issue. other thing is when its on full throttle, its kind of loud, like most blenders. possibly future models could be designed to operate more quietly.

After upgrading to a Vitamix the texture of our smoothies is superior to other cheaper brands. We probably have them with breakfast 2-3x a week. The Vitamix is sturdy, heavy, and oozes quality. Do not be fooled by advertisements comparing the horsepower of the motor on the Vitamix vs other brands like the ninja. The end result is wildly different.

So far we have been very happy with our Vitamix purchase. We have mainly used it for smoothies, but it really blends everything together so well, and clean-up is really easy. I had been resisting buying a Vitamix for a long time because they are quite pricey. Prior to getting our Vitamix, we had been using some of the bullet type blenders to make smoothies, but they didn't last, and often had problems. It seemed that we were replacing those bullet blenders rather frequently. I finally had enough of going through cheaper blenders and decided to purchase a Vitamix. When we selected our Vitamix, we chose one with a 10 year warranty. I figured that I'd spend about the same amount as the Vitamix going through bullet type blenders over the next 10 years, so it made the expense of the Vitamix a bit easier to take. So far, I have no regrets about making this investment. I'm hoping that it will be more than 10 years before I have to buy a new blender. If I have one criticism about the blender so far, it would be that the fluid ounce markings and corresponding lines on the blender are very hard to read/see. It makes measuring ingredients directly in the blender a little bit difficult, and I have to use a separate measuring cup to make sure I'm getting the correct amount of an ingredient.

I really love my Vita Mix. The first thing I did to test it out was to make almond flour and rice flour. I'm very pleased. I purchased my first Vita Mix which was all stainless steel more than 40 years ago, took it to a party about 20 years ago to make margaritas and haven't seen it since. I'm extremely happy to see the improvements that have been made since I purchased my first one. This one will never be left out of my sight.
