I have had a Vitamix blender for 10 years. I recently upgraded to the A2500 and my son inherited my original which still runs just perfectly. If you have ever used a different blender, which I had the misfortune of having to do for a couple of months, you will realize how well worth the price a Vitamix blender is. The A2500 is great, like the auto setting for smoothie as this is something I do almost every day. Simply, Vitamix is the best and the A2500 is excellent

I had a Legacy Vitamix for over 10 years and I used it every day, sometimes twice a day. I loved it and got my money's worth, but finally it was time to move on. I got the Ascent A2500 and splurged a little with the three program settings. I love it! The base is wider in the A2500 and this is a great feature. I have used the program settings and they work great, and I can walk away and know the machine will shut off. I hope to use this one for the next 10 years or more.

Finally Got Myself this Great Piece of Machinery! Now I can really enhance my energy & nutrition. I dreaded the cleanup of the thousand parts belonging to my old juicer & my Magic Bullet was NOT MAGIC at all when it suddenly died! So the cash Spent for this Vitamix was WELL SPENT

I have been using my Vitamix for about 2 months now and love how versatile the features make this machine. I find that I am blending something every single day now, whether that be a smoothie, a soup, a sauce or a nut butter, everything comes out tasting great. It makes cooking exciting and fun and easy to get away from the same flavors every day.

After six months of thinking about it and researching, I bought a white A2500. It is beautiful, so happy I chose white. I make a smoothie with fruits and vegetables daily and use the preset button. Best part is walking away and knowing that in 50 secs my breakfast smoothie is perfectly made! I also make a lot of nut-based sauces and baked goods, and have been very impressed so far with the results. Basically it has eliminated the need to use my food processor. I recommend checking out the recipe book that comes with the A2500, I've made five of the recipes and they were excellent, especially the soups and the vegan cheese sauce! When people tell you that a Vitamix is a life game-changer, it's actually true!

I have been wanting a Vitamix for about 10 years but never felt I could justify the price. Well, I finally broke down and bought one (the A2500), and I can very happily say I have no buyer's remorse! I'm thrilled with it so far and have only just begun to explore its capabilities. Just making my own homemade butter from fresh cream in 1 minute is still blowing my mind! I haven't had it long enough to say anything of value regarding reliability, etc., but my sister has had one for 10 years (hence my longing for one), and it is still going as strong as the day she bought it.

I love my Vitamix. So far I’ve made blended frozen fruit(To replace ice cream), smoothies, iced coffee blend, and Hummus. I can’t wait to make soups once the weather cools down. The Vitamix makes everything very smooth. Smoothies have no chunks and have a great texture. The texture of the hummus is better than store bought. It’s also very easy to clean. I use the Vitamix everyday. So far my only complaint would be the lid. It’s not always easy to see if it’s been put on securely before blending.

It is a wonderful machine, generally. Occasionally it trips the breaker (dedicated 20 amp circuit) and i'm not sure why. It's a bit too loud when making smoothies and top speeds. We haven't adventured into the world of milks, butters, and the trendy sorts of culinary creations but we may one day. I'm not too keen about pouring hot soups into it as the container's plastic. Overall it's a nice complement to our kitchen appliances.

I have been thinking of purchasing a Vitamix blender for quite a few years, but could never really justify the expense for the amount of use it would get. I have recently been changing up the way I am eating (to be healthier as I get older and lose some of those covid pounds), so I knew I would have more use for a one now and am quite happy I splurged. I have made hummus, soups and some vegan sauces. Everything was easy to prepare following the directions and clean up was easy as well. I will say that it is rather loud, but I can't say it's louder or quieter than any other blender I've had. Also, I like that I have access to so many recipes and the recipes use simple ingredients - but I do tend to tweak them with additional spices as some of them are quite bland.

Out of the box, it would not blend anything with the blender setup and made quite a racket. I also purchased the food processor, so tried that and the blade spun quite nicely with the motor on. Turns out the acorn nut holding the blade with a friction fit on the blender attachment was not tight, and the blade was quite loose. I tightened down the acorn nut on the blender blade and now it blends. Maybe double check these on the way out of the factory, or tell us the torque spec for the acorn nut in the manual?
