I have tried other fish oils in the past and they either tasted gross or broke out my skin. The size of these (marketed as ‘mini’) makes them easy to swallow and I haven’t experienced any gross taste from them. They are marketed as having a lemon flavor but I don’t taste anything. I would purchase these in the future myself.

They were easy to swallow since it was small, had no aftertaste, and I experienced no side effects during that time. While I don’t plan to continue taking them personally, I’m happy to pass them to my mom, who takes this supplement daily and really likes it. It’s a great product overall, just not part of my long-term regimen.
