They are the smallest Fishoil I have ever found, and i have tried several. The only downside is the strength is low compared to competitors. Another plus; there is 300 in the bottle!! Nothing but good things to say about this one! I am so happy I found it.

The smaller sized soft gel makes is easier to swallow than the brand I was taking. The flip top jar is nice and easy to use and allows quick access to the soft gels. I take other supplements, so adding the fish oil, I didn't know if it would make a big difference. I did feel like my digestive system wasn't really happy about the added pill in my morning pills.
