It’s important to get in a nice amount of good fats like fish oil, but I have been avoiding them for a while because I remember the gross burps you’d get from it. Plus they’d be really big in size. These are small, easy to consume, and don’t leave you with any weird fish oil supplement burps. I’m loving these so far!

I have tried other fish oils in the past and they either tasted gross or broke out my skin. The size of these (marketed as ‘mini’) makes them easy to swallow and I haven’t experienced any gross taste from them. They are marketed as having a lemon flavor but I don’t taste anything. I would purchase these in the future myself.
