I am skeptical about supplements, but when I paired this with my statin medication it really lowered my cholesterol nicely. So I am sticking with it.

Some fish oils will keep you belching up a fish taste, not these. Small and easy to swallow and to follow-up from them later!

These are smaller than I used previously. Easier to swallow. Smaller dose but it’s just a supplement.
