My cloths and towels come out soft. The large 190-load bottle is a great value and lasts a long time .The bottle is easy to handle and pour, a little goes a long way. I kind of like it but at the same time not really like it because the scent kind of a bit too strong for me and my family. It's ultra textured, it makes my laundry softer and the smell last long for sure. And it can be used for up to 190 medium loads and this is a lot as far as the value. The only downside of this was when the package came, it's leaking , not sure how that happened because I checked, nothing seems broken but the good thing was that the bottle itself was in a plastic so at least the leaking in the box was not too bad because most of the liquid are in the plastic bag.
