I priced it and it is affordable. I actually use the regular gain fabric softener weekly as per when I do my laundry. But the smell of this one blows the regular one out the water.

The scent is strong but not overbearing. It is a botanical, whimsical scent. I often use Gain laundry detergent, but don’t usually buy any fabric softener because of the extra expense. This fabric softener, has very likely changed that!

I'm typically not a fan of Gain products because the smell of them is overbearing. It is not the case with this fabric softener. It gave my linens a delicate, fresh, and long lasting smell. I am pleasantly surprised and will be making Gain Frabic Softner a part of my laundry routine.

I love the packaging and it smells amazing! Unlike other fabric softener that I used in the past, Gain Tropical Sunrise really gives my clothing really nice pleasant smells that last. One thing I LOVE about this product is the tropical sunrise smell, its absolutely wonderful and I love it! It's HE which is a plus and always like the packaging of gain products. I highly recommend this product not only to my family and friends but to everyone. Such a great product to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t regularly use a fabric softener when doing laundry, so I can’t compare this softener with others, but my laundry is noticeably softer than before! I have three little boys, so we go through a LOT of laundry around here. We have the “tropical sunrise” scent, and although I like it, the scent is very strong! It’s not how I would usually like my clean laundry to smell, but it is pleasant and no complaints from the boys. I half expected them to think it was too girly, but it’s not! I have an LG high efficiency washer and no issues using it in there! It’s pretty easy to appropriately measure the amount of softener using the lid.

I've used Gain fabric softener original for years because it smells so nice! I have to admit that I'm also a fast fan of Tide detergent but I decided to try Gain detergent to get the fragrance in the laundry loads that I don't use softener. I was disappointed in the smell. OK, two different products maybe just can't smell the same. Well, I guess it can! Today while doing several loads of laundry, I opened a new bottle of "original" when I only had too little of my" existing bottle. It did not smell the same! It did smell like the detergent though. The new fragrance is sort of "acid" instead of "soft". How do you explain the fragrance of Gain ? II just don't care for the "new Original"

After getting dressed one day my mother in law asked what perfume I was wearing and laughed and told her she was smelling this softener. I would prefer a scent that is more typically associated with laundry (like a fresh linen or lavender) but over all it has been a nice addition to my routine. I especially loved how it smell after washing my linens, it felt like I was climbing into a warm sweet smelling cloud.

I LOVE the smell of the Gain Tropical Sunrise Fabric Softener. The smell isn't too strong and it sweeps you away so you can imagine yourself on a tropical vacation, instead of doing laundry.This scent will forever be my new favorite!
