[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Gain tropical sunrise fabric softener has such a lovely scent. It smells like a fresh tropical breeze has taken over my laundry room. I loved how it made my towels smell and feel. I usually use unscented dryer sheets on our laundry and I would love to say that I will be switching, but I have reservations mainly because of a few ingredients I see listed on the gain website under this product, such as Methylisothiazolinone which has been linked to lung toxicity and allergic reactions. I also do not know what chemicals are used in the perfume of this product because it is not listed. Overall, I do think this is a great fabric softener minus a few ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mother of a small child, 4 dogs, and a husband I am very picky on scents because they can either be wonderful or they can disasterous when combined with bad odors. This particular Gain scent actually stayed with the clothes for about a week after washing them. I washed my son's sleeping bag that he loves to nap on in the game room with this after a week of napping. Even after all 4 dogs and him napped together in a puppy pile that bag still smelled like a breathe of fresh air. Thanks for a great product once again!

I priced it and it is affordable. I actually use the regular gain fabric softener weekly as per when I do my laundry. But the smell of this one blows the regular one out the water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Gain Tropical Sunrise Fabric Softener on a bleach load. Normally when I wash a bleach load, there's tons of static and the clothes are so dry that it dries my fingertips out like crazy while I'm trying to fold them. It was late when I threw the load in the dryer; I was tired and completely forgot to throw in a dryer sheet. (Something I always have to do with a bleach load!) When I took them out the next day, there was no static. No. Static. I couldn't believe it. Everything was soft and it didn't dry my fingertips out at all. I thought about giving this 4 stars because while it does smell good, I'm partial to a different Gain scent. However, I didn't feel it was fair to knock a whole star off of an amazing product for something that's purely subjective. Love this stuff!

I've always enjoyed scent of gain. Lately I have noticed that the gain softener has been a thicker consistency. The wash is not absorbing the softener well because of it how thick it is. I am having to manually clean this out because it remains in the holder. I am have 3 bottles of softener that I can't use and enjoy because I'm afraid this is going to damage my washer. Has anyone else noticed this when purchased?

Everything is so fresh! And soft. I love that I don’t have hair stuck to my clothes. I love the tropical scent, it’s not overpowering just pleasant!
