We love our new Cuisinart 2 in 1 coffee center. We are new to using pods, but we love that feature because it’s just the 2 of us. But for a larger crowd we have the carafe. We also like the iced coffee feature. You won’t be disappointed with this coffee maker!

I purchased two of these coffee makers within two weeks. I was so excited because it had everything I wanted. On the third use, the hot plate began smoking very badly. It filled my kitchen. I reported it and returned it. After ordering a second one, the single pod button wouldn’t even turn on. I was extremely disappointed because all Cuisinart products I have are great.

This Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee maker replaced our Ninja Dual Coffee maker. We love this coffee maker, it makes a great cup of coffee, whether making a full (or half) pot or using a pod. You can chose how many ounces per cup if using pods. Everything is dishwasher safe (except the base, of course!)

Affordable individual K-Cup and carafe combo. Reusable K-cups pods can be used with your own fresh ground coffee, which helps save on the cost of purchasing expensive one-time-use pods. Adjustable carafe temperature plate warmer helps prevent coffee from burning. Works great. No Issues.

I like the machine quite a bit. However, the cup water reservoir requires you to fill it up when there is still 1/3 of the water left and doesn't let you know until you've realized your cup is empty. The "over ice" feature was something I used on other manufacture's machines. This one does not do it well - the water is just as hot as when making a regular cup. The machine is beautiful, makes a pot of coffee pretty quickly. I do recommend.

Very poor construction of the pod portion of this machine. Every second or third pod will rip open a spew coffee grounds everywhere. And I’ve spent over two hours trying to clean the residual grounds out. I think maybe the water is under too much pressure. The carafe portion works well except it doesn’t pause very well when the carafe is removed. Excellent warming plate.

Fourth time getting the same coffee maker in a year. Yes I'm an idiot. I like the looks of it, but they keep breaking down. In my defense, I only payed twice, the two times were returns because they didn't last a day. This fourth one already blew up some k-cups, but we're still hanging on. Cuisinart's quality has put them from top of the line to overpriced junk. CEO needs to relinquish their position.

We were tired of the Keurig machine breaking every two years so we looked for a different brand. Very happy with the Cuisinart. Two separate water tanks and two separate pumps is a huge benefit as the single pump in Keurig was a common problem. Also the two tanks means less refilling. In the Keurig, if you make a pot you have to add water to complete it. Also, with this machine there is no cup selector or sensor to break which is another known issue with the Keurig. Whatever water you put in, brews through. Lastly, the pot warmer has three temp options and stays hot longer. Love this. Oh and the best of all, the carafe doesn’t leak when you pour coffee. ALL the Keurig carafes leak!

The coffeemaker does what it’s supposed to do. It looks great and has a nice (small) footprint. However…the markings on the unit and on the coffee pot are next to impossible to read for anyone with even a slight sight deficiency. I had difficulty even when using a flashlight (caused a glare). I’ve been using a measuring cup to measure water for the carafe. I’ve decided this is ridiculous. I will, unfortunately, be returning the unit and looking for another brand, with clear markings. I hope Cuisinart will make the marking darker, providing more contrast, in the future, as I am otherwise a fan of their products.

I have had K Cup Coffee pot for many years and i just bought a Cuisinart Coffee pot/ kcup feature. I love It !!! the Kcup coffee taste so much better. The Needle that pokes a hole must be larger and the coffee flows faster and taste like a cup from Tin Hortons or Star bucks. I highly recommend it!!!
