Saw this in a store and was excited because i have recently stared using my old Kuerig again so this looked like the perfect solution . However, I was a bit disappointed since the coffee was weaker, not as spring as my old Cuisinart. the K cup part has always produced stronger coffee. After experimenting for a few weeks the quality of the coffee has improved but I do have to use more coffee.

This was my third Cuisinart 2 in 1 model. My original model lasted for about 2 years & I loved it. Unfortunately the pod side stopped working & I picked up a new one. Unfortunately that one only lasted less than two months before it started leaking from the bottom then I purchased a new one & that started to leak the second time I used it. So disappointed in their quality. From what I read online it seems like leaking is a known issue, this is a problem, someone even wrote that a part was put it upside down? (oh I even tried to just rationalize it and say it must’ve just been because it was an older model, but it wasn’t.) Totally disappointed and frustrated - finally gave up and bought a Keurig. It’s been about three months with no issues. Unfortunately it only does K cups and I really liked being able to make a pot of coffee when we had company. Cuisinart get it together & maybe in a couple years, I’ll try again.

We had a prior Cuisinart model and it was time to replace it so we bought this 2-IN-1 coffee center. Very pleased with the multiple venues allowing Caref or POD. The POD works well for a single serving but there are two of us using the center and when we don't wait at least 5 minutes between PODs we get mostly hot water (0-25% coffee) from the dispenser on the second cup at 6 or 8 oz setting. Otherwise, we would have up'd the rating to 5 stars.

I really love my new coffee center 2-in-1, however, I have to take the water reservoir out of the center after brewing a cup or water runs all over the counter. It is very disappointing to have the reservoir sitting separately on the counter. I’m not sure how to fix this problem as I’ve already returned one for the same issue.

I purchased this coffee maker due to the longevity of my previous one (7 yrs). Easy to maintain, displays nicely on counter and every cup whether cup or carafe is well brewed. Previous coffee makers, different brand and very pricey, did not last and coffee varied in dispense and flavor. Very happy with my now second purchase

This is one of the best coffee makers I have ever owned. It makes a great pot of coffee as well as one individual cup of coffee. The interface is easy to use and actually big enough for me to read it. The over ice feature is great for when you want a cold coffee drink. I use this every day to brew the perfect cup or pot of coffee. I would buy this again with no hesitancy. I recommend this wonderful coffee maker!

We have had the Cuisinart Coffee Center for a month and find it to be easy to use and very dependable. Many options for either carafe coffee or pod coffee from "bold" and carafe temperature to "bold" and ounce settings. You also have the option to use reusable filter for the carafe and pod coffee. We look forward to many years with this coffee maker.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought this and set it up. Single serve side would not work at all. Took it back and exchanged it for another one of the same. Set it up and the single serve again wouldn’t even turn on. The full pot side worked no problem. Returned it again, this time for a refund. Don’t waste your money.

I got this for Christmas and love it! This replaces the Keurig we had that was also a 2-in-1. We only kept the Keurig for one year, and that was pushing it. We are very happy with this Cuisinart. Brewed coffee is delicious and easy to clean. I was wondering how the single serve was going to be, but it tastes just as good. The only thing I don't 100% like is when I'm using the single serve, it comes out kind of slow so therefore splatters a lot. Also, we use the tumblers for coffee to go, and this doesn't accommodate the taller 12-ounce insulated tumblers very well. Also, there are two water reservoirs. If it were possible to have one, that would be most ideal. I guess that wouldn't be possible given how the machine brews, as opposed to the Keurig that brews what you tell it. Conventional coffee makers brew how much water is put into the reservoir. There is no window to see how much water is in the single-serve reservoir. I would give this 4.5 stars, if possible, so had to give it 4.

Disappointed. This is my second two in one machine from Cuisinart. The first one had a stainless steel pit, but function rather well. What I didn’t like about that one, is that the coffee didn’t stay hot enough for me. When I saw this redesign model with a glass pot, I thought great! This one will stay hotter. So I bought it, just before Thanksgiving, knowing that people would want a single cup of coffee to go with their pie. However, the daycare and the single cup side did not work. Would not turn on at all, so I returned it and exchanged it for the same one. The new one seems to work OK, but it has alerted me to clean it twice and I’ve only had it for like two weeks? It’s also impossible to fill the reservoir for the pot side without dumping water everywhere. Again, I reiterate with a brand that should be trusted, like Cuisinart, and the price point on this machine, these are little things. I hope they consider for their next redesign.
