So far, so good. I bought this to replace a Cuisinart model that was 10 years old. It had a coffee pot and a hot water dispenser, which stopped working. I didn’t miss it and decided I wanted a similar model with a single cup coffee maker instead. I like that it came with a Keurig-type reusable filter for ground coffee. It seems to be well designed and works fine

My Keurig duo died after a few years and wanted something similar. I love that it comes with a reusable coffee filter basket and resuable k cup pod. Both work great. It took me a bit to figure out how to program it but works perfectly. There are 2 water reservoirs (one for large pot and other for the single cups) the large water reservoir works just like a regular coffee machine and uses the full amount of water you pour in it so you need to fill it up each time but is not really a big deal and allows you to contol the amount of coffee you are making.Hope this lasts longer then my Keurig did.

I switched to this Cuisinart from a Keurig. The amount of actual coffee from a K-cup using a Kuerig was short of expected settings every time. Often by 30% or more. Same was true for the pot. Set for 12 cups it made only 8. I did 2 full cleanings with no change. The Cuisnart produces the correct number of ounces time and time again. It is faster than the Keurig and the coffee produced is more flavorful. It is also more economical as there were way too many times I need to use a second K-cup to fill my mug.

Awesome 2 in 1 coffeemaker! Makes delicious coffee! Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and ability of this product for the price. Love that I can make a pot for the family or just a single serve if I’m on the go! Would definitely recommend and buy again!

After 6 years, my husband and I decided to switch from a simple 12 cup coffee maker to the Coffee Center 2-in-1 coffee maker. After one month of daily usage, I'm really impressed and excited to have a coffee make that does both pod and carafe while still fitting nearly under our cabinet. I personally think the mesh filter/basket is too wide so we have opted to use paper filters with the carafe/drop side of the machine. Otherwise, I think this was a solid purchase, I hope it last for years to come!

I purchased this coffee maker due to the longevity of my previous one (7 yrs). Easy to maintain, displays nicely on counter and every cup whether cup or carafe is well brewed. Previous coffee makers, different brand and very pricey, did not last and coffee varied in dispense and flavor. Very happy with my now second purchase

The coffeemaker makes wonderful coffee! A little complicated at first to set it up to automatically come on in the am, but once you learn it, it’s easy! I had to clean K-Cup side soon after using, but believe it was the cups making it leak. Once I figured that out, it was fine. Love it!!!

This is our third cuisnart coffee maker and we love it. Absolutely beautiful and makes the best coffee. Our daughter is a nurse and has to get up at crazy hours. She uses the auto start programing and loves the coffee is ready when she wakes. Great job cuisnart, the whole family loves it.

We purchased this machine just a few weeks ago, so far it works as it should. This is not to say there aren't any design flaws. So far there are 6 things that I definitely do not like. We use both grounds and cups and decided to try this unit. 1st. For grounds and caraffe brewing. The resavor is located in the top/back and not very large or wide. It's extremely easy to have water splash when filling. The charcoal filter holder sticks up and takes away even more room. 2nd. The design of the pitcher is just bad. The bulbous body of the pitcher and the pour spout makes it extremely difficult to pour out all the water or coffee completely without bending your wrist well past a 45 degree angle. Trust me, that's not easy. And it makes It even harder trying to fill the resevour in the small area they provide.. Did anybody actually try this and then think it was a good idea? 3rd. The lid of the caraffe DOES NOT just flip open for easy fill or rinsing. You need to remove it completely and snap it back in place near the handle. I can definitely see the plasric connection breaking at some point causing an unsecurred lid. 4. We use the triangular paper filters and when making more than 5 cups, the water fills so quickly that the coffee doesn't have time to drain and it floats the grounds up and over the top of the filter. They then find their way into the coffee and/or the area of the machine that holds the filter basket. The only way to avoid this is to use the "Bold" brew setting. I guess that slows the water. Once the brewing starts, you cannot activate the "Bold" setting. It must be done first. This is not mentioned in the manual. Again, did anybody even test this before approving the design? 5. If you've brewed a pot of coffee and someone wants to use a pod, they press the "Pod" button. But doing this turns off the heating element under the "Carafe" and the coffee in the carafe will go cold. We found this out the hard way. 6. There is a lighted clock. But the light DOES NOT stay on all the time. It goes black after and hour or so and only relights when you touch a button. Why did they do this? To summerize. We're still undecided whether or not to return this machine.1 or 2 inconveniences is ok, nothings perfect, but I just don't believe enough thought was put into the design. .

Among its other attributes, this appliance is a great space saver! It is well made, makes great coffee and has great temperature control. It is the perfect size for limited counter space and I love all the handy and easy-to-use functions! It does only puncture one hole in the pods, but that doesn't seem to make a difference in the coffee as compared to the Keurig that it replaced. The only downside is that it is a little more "vocal" than my previous Cuisinart coffee maker, but I will trade a tiny bit of perking noise for all the other plusses.
