I like cuisinart products but i especially like this one. I like the 42 ounce water reservoir for the pods. I like the fact there is no grinder for whole beans as my previous one was very loud. It fits nicely under the counter. I like the fact it has a temperature control and a selection for bold coffee. It produces coffee faster

We love our new Cuisinart 2 in 1 coffee center. We are new to using pods, but we love that feature because it’s just the 2 of us. But for a larger crowd we have the carafe. We also like the iced coffee feature. You won’t be disappointed with this coffee maker!

Nice maker, two items would make it even better.

There's much to like and on balance we're very happy with the maker. Could be better with a differently designed means of filling the coffee maker's reservoir as the filter holder is in the way when pouring to fill. Also, the ability to brew a pot and simultaneously make a K-cup while brewing would be great.

New is not always better

I liked the old one better. It had a light to let me know when water was needed. I am right handed and the water fill was on the right side and you could see the water level any time. I am getting ready to get rid of this and get another brand. Also, the pod service was also on the right side. Now you have to wait until you put the pod in and close it before the (needs water) indicator comes on. Bad design. The older one was perfect except it quit working and we got stuck with this one.

Best of Both Worlds with improved Version

I absolutely LOVE this new Cuisinart 2 in 1 Coffeemaker. The reviews on the previous version were not very good, but they have come out with an updated- improved version. It works great. I love the options for making full carafes or just single cups, plus the feature of being able to brew over ice. Such versatility. I am replacing an older Cuisinart with this model. I went back to my Cuisinart when my Keurig quit working. Cuisinart brewers make delicious coffee, so, when I realized I could have one machine with both features, I decided to order this NEWER version- the one with the single k-cup part on the left and the carafe part on the right.This configuration makes it easier to fill the carafe side. I am so glad improvements were made and I am glad I purchased the 2 in 1 Cuisinart.

I would return it if I could! The first one was defective. Once replaced, I’m not impressed as it seems cheap and not Cuisinart quality. The coffee maker brews slow, is loud, and leaks water from the bottom at times. The seal on the carafe isn’t the best and leaks when pouring from the carafe to a coffee mug. Again, if I could change it for another model I would. The last Cuisinart I had was great for 10 years plus

It worked for a very short period and then stopped

We made 3 pots of coffee and 4 single cups and then the coffee maker stopped working. The lights would light, we carefully went over the manual, we went online looking for troubleshooting guidance...no matter what we could never get the coffee maker to work again.
