Love the ability to combine my stations into one. The only issue I have is, the basket and pot. I have to make double sure that everything is in place or it will not flow into the pot. It overflows out of the basket and into the warming pad or there are coffee grounds (heavy amount) is in my coffee. I have to push the baskets down firmly and make the pot is pushed into the warming area. With my older Cuisinart pot I did not have to do this. The pod brew takes a little longer to dispense than the Keurig machine, but I just have to make sure this is going before I do anything else while getting ready for work, otherwise the flavor and temp are good,

This coffee maker lasted five months and died. It was not a descaling issue. Just stopped brewing mid-pot and utterly died. Cuisinart replaced it with a new one. That was five months ago, almost to the day. Guess what stopped working this morning? Is this what to expect from Cuisinart? Every five months your coffee maker needs to be replaced?!

It's very easy to use and takes little space compared to having two separate machines on my countertop: one for a pot and another for when you'd want only one cup. It's very attractive and easy to clean.

This unit is replacing a Cuisinart coffee maker that I purchased in 2016. I lived in Tennessee when I bought it, it moved with me from Tennessee to Ohio and then to Alabama over the course of 8 years. It was a great unit as is the new one. The new one is so much more versatile, we have used the pod side for everything from coffee to mullein tea, it’s a great unit.

After 6 years, my husband and I decided to switch from a simple 12 cup coffee maker to the Coffee Center 2-in-1 coffee maker. After one month of daily usage, I'm really impressed and excited to have a coffee make that does both pod and carafe while still fitting nearly under our cabinet. I personally think the mesh filter/basket is too wide so we have opted to use paper filters with the carafe/drop side of the machine. Otherwise, I think this was a solid purchase, I hope it last for years to come!

This machine brews a tasty cup of coffee, it is ,however, very noisy. It spits and sputters loudly. The coffe grounds often are splashed up over the sides of the basket. If the top is opened while the carafe is still on it will cough and sputter loudly and eject steam from within the water reservoir. This is rather annoying during a quiet morning while others in the household are still sleeping. For this reason I would be hesitant to give a high recommendation. Feedback would be appreciated.

Great coffee maker, both options pod and carafe are functional at the same time so if I have a full pot brewing someone else can do a pod of a specialty coffee if desired, auto start is also a good option, size is perfect because it slides under the upper cabinets and it doesn’t take lot of space.

I purchased the Cuisinart SS-16 coffee maker to replace a competitive brand. Although it works for the most part, some features are underwhelming. I bought it because it is supposed to be K-Cup compatible. However, using K-Cups causes the unit to explode coffee grounds all over the inside of the single cup side of the unit. I’ve followed the trouble shooting instructions but it just doesn’t work. I have resorted to using the supplied cup / filter which does work but isn’t as fast. The other disappointing feature is the reservoir size for the single serve side. It is quite small compared to the competition.

This coffeemaker is a nice upgrade over my older 2 in 1 Cusinart. It’s much easier to pour water into than the older model and I love the choices of Pod sizes. It seems to be a quality well built machine and the carafe stays nice and hot and “just right”. It looks great on my counter and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this machine if you’re looking for a good quality 2 in 1 coffee brewer ! Great job Cusinart !!

Coffee maker works great and I love that I can choose between just a cup or a pot of coffee. It’s keurig compatible but also has a reusable k-cup insert, so you can use regular coffee grounds for a single cup if you prefer. Both the cup and the pot can be pre-programmed to brew automatically. You can choose for the pot to stay hot for 1-4 hours. I also like that you can remove the pot while it’s still brewing to pour yourself a cup of coffee and it will automatically pause brewing until you place the pot back in position. No mess and no long waiting period!
