I love the styling and user friendliness of this coffee system. However, the K-Cup side keeps exploding my coffee pods which makes a huge mess and is quite annoying. I’ve tried all the suggestions to prevent this from happening. I find using the reusable K-Cup and filling it with my own ground coffee is just easier than dealing with the mess of an exploded pod.

The quality of your product has diminished. The buttons for brewing did not work, the overall quality of the product not up to the previous coffee pots I have purchased. I returned the machine and purchased a Kuerig that felt much more solid, and actually worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a good tasting cup of coffee downside, after brewing only a few (less than 10) cups of coffee from pods, it blew grounds everywhere and displayed an error code. Husband cleaned it up inside the pod brewer and ran some water thru. Now if we brew by pod we follow up with a plain water wash out brew. Somewhat inconvenient to have to tip open carafe water compartment. It's too tall or our upper cabinets are too low, either way we have to slide out to the edge of the counter to use. The lid for the glass pot doesn't open like other brands. This one snaps on at the back

We had another very popular brand single serve coffee maker and a separate coffee maker for whole pots and a lot of counter space was used. Now everything is so compact and the coffee is perfect when we use it either way!! Love this machine and it even makes ice coffee!! Would highly recommend this to anyone. The popular brand stopped working one mth after 1 year warranty…and made us very upset. Now happy again with a better machine!!🥰

Great looking coffee center but the set up was difficult. The pod feature wouldn’t work. After reading several negative reviews and watching a you tube video which described how other users got it to work, we were able to get it functioning. The rubber cover over the switch in the pod section was stuck preventing from brewing. Way to complicated and and apparently a common problem.

The pod feature on the first machine we purchased NEVER worked at all. We returned it and decided to take a chance purchasing a second same machine. This pod feature works barely after pressing the button at least 15 times. The lighted clock stopping lighting up at all 3 weeks after purchase. The carafe side works is the only redeeming quality.

We bought this to replace our old Keurig Duo and returned it. It isn't tall enough to fit travel mugs under the pod side without taking the drip tray apart. Even then you can't get the full mug out without spilling coffee. The carafe leaks when pouring. It made weird noises while it was keeping the carafe warm. Having 2 water reservoirs wasn't convenient.

awesome. does what i like and makes it easy. my only knock and maybe with all pod based brews is the coffee is not as hot as i like it to be. i tend to make a small 4 cup pot instead of going the pod route. i do like the reusable pod to use my own coffee. i bought extras so i had some in rotation as they need to dry out before using again. i use the program feature as well. it is nice to set it for a time and the coffee is waiting on you.

I purchased two of these coffee makers within two weeks. I was so excited because it had everything I wanted. On the third use, the hot plate began smoking very badly. It filled my kitchen. I reported it and returned it. After ordering a second one, the single pod button wouldn’t even turn on. I was extremely disappointed because all Cuisinart products I have are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The alliance makes good coffee. The display is very easy to see even in low light conditions. The controls once you have used them for a while become intuitive. The only thing that I would recommend changing is the lid for the carafe. It is a snap on lid. I personally think a hinged lid would be easier to use.
