This was my third Cuisinart 2 in 1 model. My original model lasted for about 2 years & I loved it. Unfortunately the pod side stopped working & I picked up a new one. Unfortunately that one only lasted less than two months before it started leaking from the bottom then I purchased a new one & that started to leak the second time I used it. So disappointed in their quality. From what I read online it seems like leaking is a known issue, this is a problem, someone even wrote that a part was put it upside down? (oh I even tried to just rationalize it and say it must’ve just been because it was an older model, but it wasn’t.) Totally disappointed and frustrated - finally gave up and bought a Keurig. It’s been about three months with no issues. Unfortunately it only does K cups and I really liked being able to make a pot of coffee when we had company. Cuisinart get it together & maybe in a couple years, I’ll try again.

Product seems to only last maybe 3 years but we use it everyday. Also love the convenience of using the single cup feature!!!

I switched to this Cuisinart from a Keurig. The amount of actual coffee from a K-cup using a Kuerig was short of expected settings every time. Often by 30% or more. Same was true for the pot. Set for 12 cups it made only 8. I did 2 full cleanings with no change. The Cuisnart produces the correct number of ounces time and time again. It is faster than the Keurig and the coffee produced is more flavorful. It is also more economical as there were way too many times I need to use a second K-cup to fill my mug.

Makes great coffee, quickly, keeps the coffee warm in the carafe, and the single pod/cup brewer is convenient. Just transitioned from a high-end Keurig, which is quieter, easier to access, and more intuitive to use. Even so, the Cuisinart, once you learn the button system isn't bad. Top access water is inconvenient for under-the-counter use, as you have to pull it out to add water, coffee, clean, etc. Also, the five beeps when done brewing is annoying - Cuisinart please make this optional with on/off functionality. The Cuisinart is also quite loud while making pods/single cups, to the point of people laughing when they first hear it. Overall, Cuisinart makes better coffee, pours better, and seems to be of higher quality than the high-end Keurig.

Overall nice machine and looks great. I like how you can do either pot or pod brewing. It is slightly complicated to set the program and the first couple of times I tried, I woke up to no coffee! It’s not difficult once you read the manual, but someone using it for the first or second time might get frustrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My score is related to the difficulties I'm having finding out the amount of grounds to use. I end up with grounds due to the overflow in the filter. So I'm using less coffee and that's okay. I am using the gold basket without a paper filter. Using the paper filter in the receptacle seems to make more grounds. So use less coffee, don't use a paper filter and good luck. A bit frustrated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coffee pot is quick to brew. The option to make a pot or use a pod is a nice thing. All in all good purchase. Down side the pot side is hard to fill without slopping. Would be nice to be able to remove the resivor to fill with water. Also the clean light came on after not very many uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2-in-1 Coffee Maker has some nice enhancement from the similar one I purchased in 2019. It still beeps 5 times when the carafe of coffee is finished brewing and after 2 hours from brewing. However, the beeping is not as loud and annoying from the last model. A new feature I enjoy using is the cold brew function. It brews the coffee, both carafe and pod, stronger so it won't be weak over ice. Save on buying cold brew coffee from the stores. Also, I like the additional brewing sizes for the pod coffee, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Personally, I like that the pod and carafe switch sides from the previous model, and this model is slightly more narrow which gives a bit more space on the counter.

loved the cuisinart coffee pot when i first got it! after using for approximately 2 weeks the pod side quit working & i cleaned it as directed in the service manuel. it worked for about 2 days only! we can only use the craft side only! i no longer have the box so i cannot return it. i have used alot of cuisinart products but disappointed in this coffee pot!

I bought this after my last cuisinart gave up. The quality to me is much better than its competitors. Love the variety of features this one offers like cup sizes and a shelf to bring cups of higher or use a travel mug. The pot feature is great too if you have company. The only thing I’m not liking is the smaller water tank. You have to refill it after every 3rd twelve ounces cup. Other than that it looks great but if are lacking space between your cabinets this one if considerably taller than most coffee makers.
