We've owned at least 3 of the previous model, and continue to find this the best coffee pot for our needs. We need two water reservoirs because we have a water softener and the ions in the softened water cause the single cups to clog. We use purchased filtered water for the single cup reservoir and regular tap water for the carafe side. The new design has the pot on the right side, which makes it easier for those of us who are right handed to fill (sorry lefties). The programming has been tweaked to be quite straightforward. I only wish we could brew on the bold setting when auto programming.

Replaced a Keurig and a cuisinart that lasted about ten years. Single serve works way better than the old Keurig and way more convenient. Really like the removable water tank and handles travel cups super easy unlike the old Keurig. The coffee pot side makes great coffee and keeps it good temp without scorching it. Really easy to see markings on reservoir and easy to fill. Looks great, easy to clean.

We love the versatility of this coffee maker… especially being able to use regular coffee in the special pod. We ordered two extra pods with stainless steel liners to be able to use our own coffee and make one cup at a time. It works perfectly! I still buy the pods of decaf. *One word of caution: You still have to use you still have to push down the store-style pods to perforate the bottom of the pod and it works just fine.

The 2-in-1 have many different options that I like, especially when I would like a pot in the morning, and a single serve in the afternoon. I look forward to the cold brew offering come summer, so that I can refrain from buying the pre brewed offerings at the grocery store. This is an easier coffee maker than most as the components can breakdown easily to be cleaned.

I purchased this to replace a Keurig Duo. I love the dual water tanks, the easy set up, the size of the carafe and the Cold Brew option. I drink coffee daily so the timer option comes in handy. This Coffee Center is amazing! The quality is outstanding as well! Cuisinart certainly lives up to their name!

We had an older Cuisinart pod and brew coffee center and it finally served its time. We bought this through another third party and received it in two days. This Center is a step up from the previous model. It has a shelf for a shorter cup and a temperature control for the carafe. In addition, one can have the coffee brewed bold. It's sleek and looks good next to our expresso machine.

This an awesome coffee pot, easy to use 1 or 12 cups of coffee, and ice drinks couldn't ask for a better coffee pot. And makes it fast way better than the 1 we had Mr coffee junk so slow and you don't have to buy a separate machine like a Keurig this does just the same. Five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shopping for a drip coffeemaker after using a pod machine. I came upon this machine and knew it would be perfect. I am using both functions and wondering how I lived without this before. The machine is very sturdy. It looks perfect in my kitchen and the coffee tastes delicious. I am a very satisfied customer. 👍👍

For the price it has it all. Fast and convenient and makes a great cup of coffee. Single or full carafe is easy to do makes our mornings fun again. The carafe pours nicely with no spills and the reusable filter saves time and money. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an affordable and easy to use coffee maker.

Disappointed. This is my second two in one machine from Cuisinart. The first one had a stainless steel pit, but function rather well. What I didn’t like about that one, is that the coffee didn’t stay hot enough for me. When I saw this redesign model with a glass pot, I thought great! This one will stay hotter. So I bought it, just before Thanksgiving, knowing that people would want a single cup of coffee to go with their pie. However, the daycare and the single cup side did not work. Would not turn on at all, so I returned it and exchanged it for the same one. The new one seems to work OK, but it has alerted me to clean it twice and I’ve only had it for like two weeks? It’s also impossible to fill the reservoir for the pot side without dumping water everywhere. Again, I reiterate with a brand that should be trusted, like Cuisinart, and the price point on this machine, these are little things. I hope they consider for their next redesign.
