This unit has some great features but unfortunately after about 6 months, the carafe heater stopped working and the POD fill got less and less. I'm very disappointed.

We are on our second unit and both both of them. The K cups exploded within the first 3 cups of making coffee. We cleaned everything up and did it again in the same issue occurred. We do not want to keep this unit.

One tip that can help prevent overflowing is to press the K-Cup down firmly until you hear a pop, ensuring the bottom of the pod is properly punctured. Terrible

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Bought this machine new. Since then they have had to replace it 6 times……… Continuously with the SAME error code

Not worth the cost

Loved the look and the dual pot/pod combo. The Pod side would not work at all so completely made the purchase not worth the cost. I ended up going back to Keurig because at least their customer service department responds.

Great Coffee Center for Awhile

We recived this in September 2025 and have enjoyed it everyday! Three days ago it stopped working. The lights indicated it was on, but no coffee came forth. We are saddened by this and want it fixed, if possible. What to do?

Not well made product

This will be the third Cuisinart two and one we've had first one we bought in March broken August craft wouldn't work the second one we got in August on return just returned yesterday as the pod wouldn't work

Terrible Product. Don't waste your money!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We bought this about a month ago. The carafe leaks every time you pour unless you are tediously careful. Now, the water container has begun leaking. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

Not great

I bought this unit in December and it failed in May. The pod side works great but the carafe does not...will not heat at all. The unit is very attractive but it is going for return today.

Stopped working

I have the same problem. My machine quit working while brewing a pot of coffee and now won’t work at all. The single serve still works. I bought this about 2 months ago.
