Won't last

This is the second one in two years,first one lasted 3 years this not even a year followed instructions to descaling every month still failed would not purchase another one willing to buy another brand

Terrible Product. Don't waste your money!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We bought this about a month ago. The carafe leaks every time you pour unless you are tediously careful. Now, the water container has begun leaking. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

Not worth the cost

Loved the look and the dual pot/pod combo. The Pod side would not work at all so completely made the purchase not worth the cost. I ended up going back to Keurig because at least their customer service department responds.

SECOND CHANCE

The first one overflowed with coffee grounds, which i had read in reviews. I decided to return it and try another. I think that problem is caused by not pushing-snapping the ground cup in place. So far all is good. It is a great coffeemaker and looks good on my counter.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I originally purchased this coffee maker in Oct 2023, the single serve feature quit working in October 2024. Quisinart sent a replacement as it was still under warranty. After only 9 months, the single serve feature on the replacement died again. Quisinart is of no help and told me I can pay to have it shipped to them, pay to have it fixed, and then pay to have it shipped back to me. If I spend this much on a coffee pot, I expect it to last longer. Quisinart used to make quality products, not so much anymore. I won't be purchasing anymore Quisinart products.

Defective and Dangerous

Bought this machine for the versatility of pods and carafe. After a few uses the pod feature malfunctioned horribly, pods began to literally explode. Followed troubleshooting guidelines to clean out the pod exit needle, made absolutely no difference. This happened three separate times. The machine is junk. Save yourself the time and clean up, buy another brand.

Best coffee maker we've bought to date

Wow, what a coffee maker! It starts brewing almost instantly and is much quieter than our 3 year old keurig. Highly recommended, but note that it is a bit taller than most coffee makers, so check your cabinet height if that's were it's going under/countertop. And i like the fact that each dispenser has its own water supply.

Almost started a fire

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased this coffee machine on May 16th and by June 21st it is broken. Somehow with the machine OFF, the heating element came on and overheated and it was spraying water from the pod side. It then began to smoke. Complete junk, don't waste your money. Hopefully I'm able to get my money back.

Not up to par!!

I had the first version of this machine that I purchased 5 or 6 years ago. It was amazing. Not a single complaint. It by far outlasted the 3 year warranty. It finally went out so I found this one at Sams to replace my old one. It lasted for about 45 days and stopped brewing on the full pot side. Tried everything and it just wouldnt work. Called cuisinart and they happily sent out a new one. During the interim, I got out an old black and decker and decided to just keep using it. Really not happy with the quality of this particular pot. Not sure what I'll do with the new one but I dont even want to take it out of the box as of now. Probably will go with a dual brew keurig. Buyer beware with this cuisineart coffee maker.

Issues I don't like.

Works well, I don't care for the dual tank system. For carafe have to pull it out from under upper cabinet to fill. we drink a lot of single cups, and it doesn't hold much water and constantly filling it. Seems really slow to make single cup. But if you don't drink a lot of single serve might be good for you.
