Do not purchase

Do not purchase this or anything from this brand. My first one broke down before the warrantee was up. They kindly replaced it but the second one broke within 10 months. This company refuses to help now so I'm done with Cuisinart.

We are on our second unit and both both of them. The K cups exploded within the first 3 cups of making coffee. We cleaned everything up and did it again in the same issue occurred. We do not want to keep this unit.

POD does not work.

The POD quit working after the first "clean". I followed the instructions, and the POD light does not come on, or work. Has anyone else had this issue?

This unit has some great features but unfortunately after about 6 months, the carafe heater stopped working and the POD fill got less and less. I'm very disappointed.

Terrible

Have been through 4. Last less than a year, 2 of them lasted less than 6 mos. Had to call cuisinart 3 times for new machines . Just get a different brand . Stope working out of nowhere .

Just okay

I purchased this coffee maker in white . That was a huge mistake . The machine is difficult to clean . In addition, the machine doesn't keep the carafe warm.

Disappointed

I really liked this coffee maker until coffee grounds wound up inside and outside of the carafe. The first was during the bold selection but now it has happened during a regular brew.

This can sometimes occur if the filter is not fully seated, the brew basket is overfilled, or if a paper filter folds over during brewing, so we recommend checking alignment and ensuring the correct grind size and filter placement. Worse ever

The worse coffee maker ever! Coffee brews sometimes and when it does you have a pot full of coffee grounds! The pod may work one minute but not the next so depending on in this garbage to work!!!
