Super loud while brewing. K cup snaps loud when opening & closing. Pot burner surface is rough & scratchy sounding when you take the pot in & out.

This is a replacement for older model and I like the new design. The coffee pot on the right makes putting in water easier.

Not user friendly. Older model was easier to use This model does not on and off switch. Various pod cup sizes are nice
