Water leaks

I am on my second machine in two weeks returned the first one because of water leaking from the base and out of where the electrical cord goes, the store replaced it , two days later the same issue, I will be returning it tomorrow and going with another brand

Faulty unit out of the box

Received it as a Christmas gift. The pod side will not recognize. Contacted Cuisinart advising the carafe side works, but the pod side does nothing. After various troubleshooting ideas from Cuisinart, determined the unit is faulty and after sending a picture of the clipped cord, will send a replacement unit. Fingers crossed the replacement unit works. We were anticipating the option of a cup or a full carafe, so hope the next unit is not faulty.

2 in 1 Coffee Maker (Pod & Carafe)

In a recent review I read about this product, the same thing is happening and occurring to ours. The pods are exploding or popping and cleanup is a mess. Aesthetically speaking, it's a lovely looking coffee maker, but it's creating havoc and the clean up is a mess. I would not recommend this product.

Dangerous! Electrical components on fire

We have had this product for 2 weeks and this morning when turned off I started smelling smoke and when I went to the kitchen it was popping and grey smoke was billowing beneath it. There was also water leaking beneath. I unplugged it and the plug was burning hot. It smelling like burning plastic. It continued to smoke for 5 minutes even after unplugging from the bottom where the plug comes out. It was very scary and if I hadn't been home would have been devastating! This product needs to be recalled.

Worthless

This 4 day old coffee maker is leaking from the base under the hot plate for the carafe, and exploding K-cups in the single serve side. So I would have to say this machine doesn't work and should not be bought unless you want your kitchen to be a wet mess.

Keurig coffee pod quit working

After a couple months of daily use, the Keurig pod part stopped working. Received an error message, E07. Found out after looking online needs to be reset by pushing a small reset button. Just an inconvenience and shouldn't have to do that for the price I paid for this. Will be returning and buying a different brand.

Warranty problems

I bought my coffee maker at Sam's Club and I I have been trying to register the Cuisinart coffee maker for two days when I do it gives me different model number options, but none of them are acceptable to the registration process so I assume I do not have a warranty with it other than that, it seems to be a nice coffee make. Does Sam's Club have a different model %23
