Not Reliable

I have always trusted Cusinart coffee makers as being reliable and long lasting, however this maker doesn't meet those standards. We bought one in July of 2025. After three months, the carafe side stopped working. They did replace the unit with the warranty. Now we are on 4 months with the replaced unit, and again the carafe side has stopped working. After reading reviews, this seems to be a common issue.

Keurig coffee pod quit working

After a couple months of daily use, the Keurig pod part stopped working. Received an error message, E07. Found out after looking online needs to be reset by pushing a small reset button. Just an inconvenience and shouldn't have to do that for the price I paid for this. Will be returning and buying a different brand.

Noisy

Makes a horrible popping sound when making coffee. Made the noise from the beginning and was not to bad but over time gets worse and worse louder and louder. Only 6 months old and have cleaned it several times to make sure it was descaled. So disappointed spent to much on this machine.
