Arrived in a box need a couple people to assist. Once out immediately puffs up to this wonderful product. Very comfortable

The best mattress I have slept on by far! The memory foam on top of the mattress is a cool gel and I feel it first thing when I lay down. This was an important part of my purchase as I often get hot at night and wanted a bed that would keep me feeling cool. So far I’ve only have for 5 days, but I look forward to going to sleep every night on my new mattress : )

You don't know what you don't know. That's the way it is when searching for a new mattress online. But you'll be hard pressed to find a better mattress for the money. This is truly a 4+ especially if you're a side sleeper. I have slept on a Novaform for years which is a 7 firm. My shoulder and hip pressure points are really beginning to bother me. I bought this for my guest room and I have been using it a lot lately. Definitely a better mattress with a 5.5-6 firmness. A hint of "squishy" which might fool you into believing it's a hybrid. A solid buy.

All the reviews are promotional so don't trust it. This mattress smells horrible, strong and toxic. It smells throughout whole space and beyond. I left the doors and windows open all night to air out but the smell remains strong and concerning. As far as quality, I opened it up and it appears refurbished in some parts especially the springs. It's much more soft than advertised. It did open to 12' and the mattress cover appeared of good quality but even after washing it in hot water it's still smells toxic. Skip this one and go to a top brand mattress.

It's too soft. Medium to firm? Nope. Had it for about 4 months now.... It's so awful. The sheets fall off because there is now structure at the corners. Plus we constantly have to adjust the fitted sheet because of the smooth cooling top. Our heads sink even with our nice thick pillows. Back hurts.

I bought this for my teen. He LOVES it. He said he is having problems getting out of bed for school in the morning because it is so comfortable. This is definitely not a firm bed. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I bought the 1st one because of the too soft complaints which means it would be perfect for him. My 12 yr old had to have one once he tried his brothers out. Now my teen daughter is begging for one. I might have to get one for myself as well. We have had the 2 mattresses for over 2 weeks. You don't feel any springs and the memory foam forms to your body so perfect. When unboxing it the bed fluffed right up so fast so we didn't have to wait to feel the comfort. Amazing. I am buying more of these
