We purchased a queen size Members Mark Hybrid Mattress - firm for a guest bedroom at our summer home. Even though we are in a very remote area, the mattress arrive on the promised delivery date. The box was heavy but we pushed it upstairs and found it was easy to unpack and set up. It looked ready to use right out of the box, but since we were not using that bedroom at the time we allowed the recommended 48 hours before use. The mattress is very comfortable and provides solid support. I would recommend this product

Great mattrress! Finally, I can sleep in a bed. For the last 5 years I have been sleeping in my recliner, too painful to even lay down on my bed. At first, I was almost afraid to try it for fear it wouldn't be any better than what I already had. Last night I slept 10 hours on this mattress.

We love it - took about a week to love it, but here we are a month later and we both agree, we love it. Can't beat the $600 price point. No need to spend $2,000. It's soft but not too soft and we are on the heavier side. We will see how it holds up, not too worried about it since there's a 6 month return policy.

This is such a great mattress. I bought 2 for both of my daughters in 2021,and myself a different brand from a furniture store. Needless to say, I should have saved my money and got this at the same time instead of waiting until now. After 3 years of back pain and uncomfortable sleeping. I broke down and got the same one as my daughters. I will tell you the last 3 weeks I have slept so much better and with less pain.

I have had the mattress for about a month now. I sleep well and do not wake up stiff or sore. I like the softness of the memory foam type mattress mixed with the support. It was a good value for the money I have spent on it. Only thing I wish was that the box had wheels on it to make it easier to get around my house.

I have suffered over the past two years with arthritis in my lower back. This has been the cause of numerous sleepless nights. After traveling and sampling different beds, I decided it was time for a new mattress. As I researched my options, the prices blew me away! I came upon this mattress from Sam’s and read the reviews. Most were positive with some saying the mattress is too soft. I’ve been sleeping on my new mattress for about a month now and find it to be just as advertised, medium soft. I am a side and back sleeper. I am sleeping all night and waking up rested. It’s a great mattress and I highly recommend it.

BEST SLEEP EVER!! Let me save you some time in reading reviews, this is a great mattress. I read almost all the reviews on this particular mattress and still felt undecided, as some say it didn’t meet their needs. Finally decided to break the monotony and give it a shot, and very happy I did. I would call this mattress a medium plush sleep surface, equivalent (or better) than any mattress at a high dollar hotel. If you’re looking for a medium memory foam-type surface, that includes cooling gel, this is likely the one! Hope this is helpful for another searcher of a great mattess.

I purchased this hybrid mattress to replace a cheaper version of a Serta mattress. I refused to pay the $200 shipping fee for a “name brand “ mattress in a box. Read the reviews on this mattress and went for it. I am very pleased with the mattress. Is very comfortable and no more nights of tossing and turning and waking up with hip and back pain. It’s soft to lay on, but not too soft that you feel like you are sinking - does have some firmness.

This mattress is plush on top and lacks any kind of support. We tried this mattress with the MM adjustable frame after trying several several very expensive tempurpedic type mattresses at specialty mattress stores. After trying a dozen or more mattresses, all between medium and firm, we thought we would give this a try. Absolutely zero body support. You lay on it and it is comfortable for 15 seconds, then you sink to the bottom. Neck and back pain immediately and continually throughout the 14 days we tried it. Ultimately we returned it and went with the 14” premium MM hybrid firm mattress and are much happier. Unless you are tiny/petit avoid this mattress.

If you like sleeping in a mattress rather than on one, then this is for you. This thing is so soft. I personally like support in a mattress. If you change positions while you sleep, this one aint it. You sink in and thats it. To return it is so much trouble. It comes in a box, delivered to your home but if you want to return it, you have to take it to a club yourself. Not an easy task when it fully inflates to a king size mattress.
