I love the way the mattress feels

Adjustable bed I should have purchased a long time ago.

This mattress is ok. I've had it for a couple of years now and tend to sleep in the same spot because my child and dog also sleep in my bed a lot. I am noticing that the area I usually sleep in is starting to have a different firmness than other parts of the bed. I was hoping that it would last a lot longer.

So nice to be able to watch TV and not be lying down. Takes the pressure off my back. I can even sleep on my back !

Arrived in a box need a couple people to assist. Once out immediately puffs up to this wonderful product. Very comfortable

best choice....was looking at Nectar and Dreamcloud mattresses for months and decided to go with this one. Firmness is great for back support and side sleepers. better than my tempurpedic. great buy!

This mattress is not medium firm! It is way too soft. Caused the worst lower back pain that almost had me crippled. This thing went back to the store. Return process was a nightmare because it was a huge king size. They couldn't get it through the door! Had to open the side panels of the door. So embarrassing!! Do not buy this in the store because if you want to return it then it is up to you to get it back to the store. I brought it home in a box in my small SUV. I had to borrow a truck to return it. Ugh

I set a reminder on my phone to review this after having it a year. I went from a traditional mattress + box spring on a simple frame to this hybrid mattress on a zinus smart base, so that was quite a change. I have now been sleeping on it for a little over a year. I was used to sleeping on a pretty firm mattress for most my life but found as I've aged that I was waking up with sore shoulders and hips. I'm a side sleeper. This is much softer than I had but I don't find that bad. You sink in a little bit but you don't have a you-shaped impression in the bed like I've experienced on a straight memory foam mattress. That being said, it's a little more effort to roll over in bed. One thing I was looking for and got in this mattress was less transfer of motion when my partner gets in or out of bed. The traditional mattress had quite a lot of movement that could be very disruptive. I debated for a long time between the hybrid and full memory foam with being unsure if the motion would be a lot better with the memory foam. I really wanted the extra support of the hybrid so I was pleased at lack of motion transfer. I am overall happy with this bed and would recommend to anyone that does need a bit softer on the pressure points.

I ordered and received the King Medium mattress, and it is by far the worst mattress I have ever purchased. Weighing around 160 lbs, I find it extremely uncomfortable. It is incredibly soft with absolutely no support. I never expected a medium-firm mattress to be this soft. I usually like Members Mark products, which was my main reason for buying this, but this one is disappointing. Not worth it—I'm returning it.

Don't let the fact that it's not a name brand turn you off. This is a great mattress. Our last mattress was an expensive name brand mattress and was never as comfortable and supportive as this one! Member's Mark hit the MARK with this mattress. The top is soft and cozy but the bottom is super supportive!
