I ordered and received the King Medium mattress, and it is by far the worst mattress I have ever purchased. Weighing around 160 lbs, I find it extremely uncomfortable. It is incredibly soft with absolutely no support. I never expected a medium-firm mattress to be this soft. I usually like Members Mark products, which was my main reason for buying this, but this one is disappointing. Not worth it—I'm returning it.

This mattress is way too soft. It deformed after just two months of use. Now it has a slope on one side. I contacted customer service thru chat and they said someone would reach out to me with in three days but no body reached out to me. I am long time Sams club customer. Used to spend thousands (which reduced by a lot when they started charging shipping for plus members). Very disappointed.

This mattress is ok. I've had it for a couple of years now and tend to sleep in the same spot because my child and dog also sleep in my bed a lot. I am noticing that the area I usually sleep in is starting to have a different firmness than other parts of the bed. I was hoping that it would last a lot longer.

The best mattress I have slept on by far! The memory foam on top of the mattress is a cool gel and I feel it first thing when I lay down. This was an important part of my purchase as I often get hot at night and wanted a bed that would keep me feeling cool. So far I've only have for 5 days, but I look forward to going to sleep every night on my new mattress : )

Way to soft for an almost firm mattress. Plus can't return.

We like a soft mattress but this one is WAY too soft. In the process of returning it.
