Very comfortable, was surprised since it is a foam mattress that comfort wouldn't be complete but it is. Had several different guests visit and they all fell in love with the mattress, they wanted to know where we bought it and how they could get one. We purchased this one due to the coils added into the construction of the mattress, and it made all the difference.

We love it - took about a week to love it, but here we are a month later and we both agree, we love it. Can't beat the $600 price point. No need to spend $2,000. It's soft but not too soft and we are on the heavier side. We will see how it holds up, not too worried about it since there's a 6 month return policy.

I have suffered over the past two years with arthritis in my lower back. This has been the cause of numerous sleepless nights. After traveling and sampling different beds, I decided it was time for a new mattress. As I researched my options, the prices blew me away! I came upon this mattress from Sam’s and read the reviews. Most were positive with some saying the mattress is too soft. I’ve been sleeping on my new mattress for about a month now and find it to be just as advertised, medium soft. I am a side and back sleeper. I am sleeping all night and waking up rested. It’s a great mattress and I highly recommend it.

I have had the mattress for about a month now. I sleep well and do not wake up stiff or sore. I like the softness of the memory foam type mattress mixed with the support. It was a good value for the money I have spent on it. Only thing I wish was that the box had wheels on it to make it easier to get around my house.

This is the third mattress purchased. The first one, a queen, two years ago, the second one, a twin, last year, and now a full-size. They are very comfortable, yet supportive. Easy to set up (better to have two people). We allowed about 10 hours before using. Tried several other brands over the years and this mattress is the best bang for the buck. Highly recommended.

According to packaging, this bed is listed as a medium to firm (slightly more on the firm side). We found it to be soft to medium firmness... sort of like sleeping on a marshmellow. After two attempts to sleep on it, we've abandoned it. Just waiting for an opportunity to return it to the store. Much easier to bring it into the house in the box than it is to try rolling it up, tieing it and getting back out of the house.

This is probably the worst mattress I've ever had. It has zero support and if you're a stomach sleeper then your spine will absolutely not like you. I wake up with back pain nearly everyday. It lost ANY and ALL support within 6 months of purchase. Buy a different mattress.

If you like sleeping in a mattress rather than on one, then this is for you. This thing is so soft. I personally like support in a mattress. If you change positions while you sleep, this one aint it. You sink in and thats it. To return it is so much trouble. It comes in a box, delivered to your home but if you want to return it, you have to take it to a club yourself. Not an easy task when it fully inflates to a king size mattress.

Very disappointed in this hybrid mattress. Not the quality of support I wanted or need. Would not recommend for anyone that likes to sleep on their stomach. Will now have to purchase another one from a furniture store to get the quality I want and this one will have to go into a room not used much.

We had this bed for over a year. At first the bed wasn't too bad but not soon after a few weeks we were having the worst sleeps of our life. We rotated the mattress, bought toppers etc and started sleeping on our couch. The mattress is VERY hot and not medium/firm like described. Mattresses in general are very expensive but the price of this one isn't worth the sleepless nights and painful body aches the morning after. Super soft mattress, terrible durability. This bed left a mark in its member.
