Easy process from buying to opening the box and getting it out. It is soft and fitm at the same time. Such a comfortable mattress. I slept on it at an Airbnb and fell in love with it, so I had to get my own.

The mattress is very comfortable, so far. I have it on an adjustable bed base, which does not seem to be affecting the mattress at all. The mattress appears to be well made I was having to move it by myself and although the handles are cloth, sewn onto cloth sides, they held up well to me having to lift and tug with them.

We ordered 3 of these online, a twin and two twin XL. After reading several reviews that the ‘medium’ firmness was too soft, we ordered all 3 in ‘firm’. Our pre-teens are happy and say it’s the best sleep they’ve had. I would call it a medium/firm, so it’s not rock hard or anything. It still has give and is comfortable, and while I personally might like it a bit softer, I’m hoping this holds up longer with the firmness. The length and width are correct on the sizes and fully fill the bed frames.

This is probably the worst mattress I’ve ever had. It has zero support and if you’re a stomach sleeper then your spine will absolutely not like you. I wake up with back pain nearly everyday. It lost ANY and ALL support within 6 months of purchase. Buy a different mattress.

It is a tad softer than I prefer but is is being used in a guest room and the very first guests reported it was quite comfortable.

Do not buy! This mattress is extremely soft and has no foundational support. It’s like sleeping on a bed of pillows. I will be returning it.

I try to return it but the Sams customer service on line told me that they have a lot of returns, they are really busy!!

This bed is so comfortable. We got a full for one of our kids and had to get it for ourselves too. We replaced a tempurpedic with this!!

The mattress is exactly what we were looking for at a fraction of the cost at Gardner White. So comfortable. Great purchase.

Bought this for our son who just got an appt at school. He loves it- says it was easy to set up and is very comfortable.
