Wanted to like for the price. Mattress was all gel foam and not enough structure for our needs. Returned. Return was easy and Sam's setup pickup at my convenience.

We used our trailer for our own pick up. Box was easy to move into home. Mattress exactly what we wanted & hoped it would be. Used Sam's because of their mattress refund policy (just in case).....NO return from this buyer! Quality & Comfort.

My wife and I love this mattress. It’s super soft and a dream to sleep on. We had it shipped right to us and the packing was solid. This mattress is such a great value. I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this for my teen. He LOVES it. He said he is having problems getting out of bed for school in the morning because it is so comfortable. This is definitely not a firm bed. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I bought the 1st one because of the too soft complaints which means it would be perfect for him. My 12 yr old had to have one once he tried his brothers out. Now my teen daughter is begging for one. I might have to get one for myself as well. We have had the 2 mattresses for over 2 weeks. You don't feel any springs and the memory foam forms to your body so perfect. When unboxing it the bed fluffed right up so fast so we didn't have to wait to feel the comfort. Amazing. I am buying more of these

It's too soft. Medium to firm? Nope. Had it for about 4 months now.... It's so awful. The sheets fall off because there is now structure at the corners. Plus we constantly have to adjust the fitted sheet because of the smooth cooling top. Our heads sink even with our nice thick pillows. Back hurts.

This mattress seems to be well made and is affordable. Our complaint is that they claim it is a medium firm mattress, and it absolutely is not! The first four inches of the thing are different types of foam, all on top of coils. You never actually feel the firmness of the coils. We are returning ours this week.

Purchased this mattress on 11/12 and till this day 12/6 there has been a very strong plastic smell. The scent radiates off this mattress and has filled the entire room with it. I have tried to leave the windows open with fans in the room for 3 days now and no luck. I’ve also tried carpet cleaner powder and no luck. I’ve washed the removable covers twice and this smell does not want to go away. Haven’t been able to sleep on this mattress due to the strong scent it can’t stop to be releasing. Do not recommend.

This mattress is not medium firm! It is way too soft. Caused the worst lower back pain that almost had me crippled. This thing went back to the store. Return process was a nightmare because it was a huge king size. They couldn't get it through the door! Had to open the side panels of the door. So embarrassing!! Do not buy this in the store because if you want to return it then it is up to you to get it back to the store. I brought it home in a box in my small SUV. I had to borrow a truck to return it. Ugh

I was not sure how I would feel about a bed I wasn’t able feel try in-store. The first night was not the best, but I don’t think I gave the bed enough time to set, it was a little too soft. The second night - wow. I was impressed with the comfort. The bed is soft but not too soft, and the springiness is great. It formed up nicely and is very comfortable. I recommend this bed.
