We didn’t erect the pergola ourselves due to age and health issues, but our handyman Jake and his two teenage sons did.. they downloaded the app, and with enclosed instructions it went up in now time even on the hottest day in history in our town.. now it is ready for me to get out and get it ready for finishing touches. We bought the 16x12 Beaumont Pergola for our back patio area and we are so pleased with the ease of construction and the quality of the lumber and hardware used to construct it. Our order was delivered ahead of the estimated time and the staff delivering it were very accommodating and professional. The pergola is built of super sturdy, heavy materials and will be going no where for a very, very long time. It's perfectly beautiful and adds so much charm and character to our backyard. We now have a cozy place to entertain and just relax. We've recommended this product to many of our friends and family already! I purchased this Pergola as a Mother's Day gift. I had a unique size area where every Pergola was either too big or much too small. After reviewing the online plans, I determined with my basic construction knowledge and tools that I could modify the 10' X 12' Pergola slightly smaller to fit my area. Even without modifications, this Pergola was good quality and easy to install. I would definitely recommend this to other buyers.

I did a lot of research before i purchased my Pergola and everything came back to backyard discovery. We are VERY happy with our purchase from the start even ordering during COVID they were very responsive. We had two damaged boards and i made a call and those boards were fedex'd to me right away in great heavy duty cardboard packaging. We assembled ourselves we did have some tall men helping to hold things up until we made sure everything was square. Great instructions. I recommend water sealing BEFORE you put it looks absolutely beautiful and i would think much easier before its up. Overall VERY happy with every aspect really enjoying our new back yard!!!

The kit was delivered to our driveway earlier that expected. We like the quality of the product and attention to detail. We hired someone to put it together and he was impressed with the thorough instructions and accuracy. One of the braces split when being installed. I called for a replacement and had it in a short time. Very helpful and friendly customer service. Our friends are impressed at the quality and price. So are we!

The package was delivered on the day promised. It was put in our driveway so we opened the boxes an carried the parts to the back yard, which was supper easy since the parts are light and sturdy. My 16 year old grandson did most of the work because I am limited on how much I can lift over my head. We did the assembly is less than a day and it looks great and really sets off our concrete patio. to

This is a nice pergola, but I can’t give it 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Some of the boards were warped when we unpackaged them 2. As a result of the boards being warped, some of the holes did not line up. 3. Written instructions were a little confusing It is nice and sturdy. Because we live in Florida my husband secured the legs to a concrete poured base

I wanted to wait a few weeks before reviewing. Overall it it a very nice. There are a few areas where you notice the difference between this and a much higher priced item. The long strips on the top are very thin (maybe 1” X 1”), and they are actually 2 smaller pieces joined together. It feels short - needs a footer to lift it by 1’ to get the proportions right. Glad I opted for professional installation- 2 guys with all the right tools completed the job in a few hours.

Hi and I'm happy with the pergola. All came out well, I had my son in law and a friend put it together, definitely one needs two persons to do it. I'm in South Florida, where hurricanes are a normal and though we have not been hit by a biggie in a few years, every year we do get one, so we drilled down some sort of anchors and if it comes, we will tighten the poles and some of the cross-bars with adjustable wraps. Finally I will try to paint it with wood protection, Winmax I think it's called, every year. Ah, I'm also going to have a manually retractable Canvas roof built because the sun is burning hence difficult to enjoy in the afternoons. I'm happy and the Pergola is on top of a cement slab in my backyard, not on grass. I recommend it!

Appearance is nice. The pre cut wood does not align, the holes are not drilled all the way and the directions are about as useless as I’ve ever seen on any item that needs to put together. Some of the wood is already splintering. I’ve had it for a week and a half
