Just put up 4 days ago and received it's christening the next day with 2 days of on off heavy rains. Looks terrific. Only issue I had was with the sealer. Used the One Time and it took several days for it to sink in and dry and some places did not absorb. I had 2 guys put it together...took under 4 hours. Although in the home improvement biz for a very long time, this is the first time they put up a kit. They were quite impressed and plan to offer it to their other customers. Being white cedar from China, I'm curious to see how long it holds up to the coastal Carolina winds and sun.

We ordered the 16x12 and it arrived on time in several boxes. My husband put it together over a weekend. I will say that it’s a bit weird that the main posts are hollow and some of the pieces don’t seem to fit well together, almost looks like it’s a bit uneven in places but only if you have a critical eye like me. I’d say overall it has made a huge improvement to the look of our backyard. On it’s own, it does not provide nearly as much shade as I had hoped and we had to buy a separate cover to put on top. Again, for the price point, it was a great purchase.

Great deal for the price. One board was warped and need convincing to go in place, other than that it went smoothly. I wish the beams were one piece instead of putting end caps on

So glad I purchased the 14x10 brown cedar pergola. It stands solid once it’s all put together. The instructions were very easy to follow. Two people to put it together was more than enough. It looks great on my new patio. I recommend this product!

We had the builders who built our new deck also put together the pergola. Two pros put it together in a single day. It's a beautiful piece of work in a beautiful setting. We hope to enjoy it for years to come.

I have received tons of compliments on my beautiful pergola! It was easy to build with my husband and amazing directions! We made a few errors, but easy to fix and re-do. It's so sturdy and gorgeous! I love it!

Great engineered product. Each box was packaged very well and there was no damage at all. Take your time, put it together leaving everything fairly loose and once completed tighten and square everything up. Two people completed this in 4-1/2 hours.

Couldn't be happier. Solid, true lumber with remarkably accurate pre-drilled pilot holes made assembly straightforward. We stained/sealed wood prior to assembly per warranty. No warping, dimensions spot on. Looks fantastic.

The pergola came in three packages. Good quality materials and clear instructions. It took us about a day and half to complete installation. Transformed our backyard.
