[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for about a month. Its large capacity means I only run it a couple times a week unless I have done alot of baking. I'm sure it will get more use when kids are all home for summer. My 1 wish for improving it would be a slightly deeper 3rd rack. Alot of my cooking/baking tools are just a bit too big for 3rd rack, and I end up laying them down on second rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a okay washer. It doesn’t have a regular drying option, only an EXTRA DRY option which takes too long. So our dishes are wet when it finishes. It takes a really long time to run- about 2.5 hours for the fastest option. I am not happy with the very top cutlery shelf. Nothing really fits up there because it is so high, so I have just been using it for extra forks and knives. It will not fit large utensils like a spatula for example.

Very quiet when running. The very top 3rd rack is nice for lids and utensils, sometimes limits the heighth of what can go on the normal top rack, but overall a nice feature. Still trying to decide best detergent to use and cycle as of right now using a powder detergent with normal and energy saving cycle and doesn't always get silverware clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched dishwashers for a month looking for the right combination of features for the dishwasher in our guest house LG won hands down!! It is getting great use from visiting family members (w/lots of kids) and our special guests. Efficiency, excellent cleaning power, ease of use, low sound and intuitive loading were very important to me --in addition to a stainless steel tub. We've enjoyed other LG products in our main house, and I am confident we'll get years of rave reviews from the family and friends who visit.

Our 12 year old dishwasher died, so we had to get a replacement. When we examined all the features of the models available in the store, we decided on this one. With a little less than a month of experience, we're glad we did. I was surprised that it does not appear to have a heating element for drying dishes. However, when we used the rinse aid, as the instructions insisted, the dishes seemed to dry fine. It is certainly a lot quieter than our old dishwasher. In fact, at times I am not even sure if it is running; I have to look at the timer window for confirmation. That's a real plus. I'm still learning how to best load the dishwasher. There is quite a bit of flexibility and the instruction book does offer some suggestions, but I have to learn what works best for us and the way we live. That's to say, there is a learning curve with this machine. However, it does work well and it is very quiet, so we are very pleased. It's worth the time for the learning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the different washing options and the three rack levels. The directions/quick start could have clearer information. Also the touch screen is super sensitive so it takes some time to get used to it. I have had no problems with my dishes coming out very clean and the extra dry option is also appreciated.

Worked great for a couple of months. The door would not lock. Door does not lock. Called and email support, heard from them saying they were working on getting a technician out to our home. Been a month and have not heard from them again. So have not been able to use my dishwasher that was not cheap.

Even max drying cycle leaves lots of water on the door...the instructions to connect phone via NFC are very poor. That's a lot of money for a dishwasher that isn't 100% out of the box.

It is so quiet, easy to fit a lot into, and the third rack is a dream come true. It would have five stars but I still have to dry off the majority of my dishes so that’s a bummer but I still would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a year ago and I love it! I love the third rack that holds the large knives and spoons. I also love that you can adjust the bars on the racks to make more room. It’s very quiet to me and it cleans extremely well.
