I have to say I do love all my LG products. My dishwasher a year old is currently broken. Drain pump issue. Luckily it was still under warranty. I think it should’ve lasted longer. LG hires out repair. The technician informed me we will have to pull out the dishwasher because the dishwasher isn’t even with the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a year ago and I love it! I love the third rack that holds the large knives and spoons. I also love that you can adjust the bars on the racks to make more room. It’s very quiet to me and it cleans extremely well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher 2 weeks and it's been wonderful. Cleans well. It is quiet. Looks nice in my kitchen. It does stick out about a half inch from my counters which is annoying, but hopefully when we remodel that will be resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my dishwasher for about a month it's very quiet cleans the dishes really well. My only problem is with the bottom rack. My Mikasa dishes tip sideways instead of sitting up straight. Also the bottom rack has to be pulled out very slowly and steadily it falls off the track really easily. I also wish there was something for stemware. But I do love the upper rack for the cutlery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used it a few times so far but want to program it for a 30 minute wash. I need to look at the manual or YouTube instructions. When I lean against it my belly hits the buttons which the buttons are sensitive to the touch. Otherwise it cleans well. Not sure why you need three hour wash cycles.

My new dishwasher was delivered on June 19. The first load of dishes took 3 hours and 23 minutes!!! My old dishwasher took about 45 minutes, and I never had a dirty dish or had to rewash anything. I made a few phone calls to LG and finally figured out how to bring down the time it takes to do the dishes. So far, I'm at 1 hour and 34 minutes. The dishes are clean when the cycle completes, but you have to leave the door open in order to get the dishes to dry. If you leave the dishes in the dishwasher overnight (I did this once) they will still be wet in the morning. The touch controls are on the front of the door and are very sensitive. Several times a day as I'm preparing food on the countertop, I must lean against the door and it turns on the power and plays its tune. This can be quite annoying. The LG rep said the dishwasher uses 2.87 gallons of water. This is better than my old dishwasher that used 5 gallons of water, but now instead of worrying about my water bill, I worry about the electric bill. Why should it take so long to clean the dishes and then they're not even dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally purchasing a new dishwasher was main reason I went appliance shopping This model had all of the features I wanted but even more. Being able to run half a load either top or bottom rack was a tremendous feature as well as adjustable bottom rack. The additional night dry was a feature I didn’t know was possible.

Had trouble getting it to dry dishes when we first got it. I called customer and thaey had me ddup the rinse levels. This fixed it. My sister in law had same problem so we told her how to fix it. Really cleans well and is very quiet. Glad we boought this brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in late June, 2021, and this fall it started acting up. Control panel becomes unoperational, and the cycle eventually stops in the middle. The lights and sound system start providing a "show", prior to the meltdown and eventually turning off. I have never been impressed with this machine's cleaning ability, and then this electronic funky stuff happened. We won't buy an LG appliance again!
