This is our second LG dishwasher. We recently sold our house, and the new one didn't have an LG dishwasher. So, we replaced it. This one is very quiet and cleans very well!

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and pleasantly surprised how quite it is. I can’t even hear it running sitting 10 Ft. away from it in the living room (except when it empties all the water, that too is hardly perceptible unless you are focused on it).

Dishwasher is good. Quiet. But, back foot for leveling was broken and would not descend had to cut a foot at the right level to install it because we already removed the old dishwasher, got rid of the outer box and after the issue with LG changing the delivery dat, wee didn't want to risk sending it back or waiting for service.

We only used it twice and we had a puddle of some kind of substance that seems to be coming from inside the door behind the black plastic piece where the warm air vents out. Now we are waiting for a repair person to schedule a date to look at it. A lot of disappointment.

AE error code has appeared, and there is a leak from the bottom of the drain system.The cost to repair or replace it is expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A dishwasher is rather basic, wash and dry the dishes. My does an excellent job of washing the dishes, however it does not dry them. At the end the inside done especially is dripping wet. To make matters worse the customer service function is positively dreadful. You are directed to use the website for service. This then sends you off in a complicated and endless loop which does not help. Then you go to phone and after many endless loops including back to the web site results in no service to fix my problem. Awful. I love my LG refrigerator, but this is a mess. Would I recommend it no, would I buy it again no.

Honest...hmm. here we go. Top 3rd rack is a waste and removed. Too small and in the way. Middle, now top rack has the baby bottles tasting like soap at times. Doing a second rinse to fix that. Bottom rack poorly designed. When you pull it out it falls off the track. 2 months in and a wheel popped off. Tech came over for above issues. This energy/water saving device is a pain in the butt. 2.5 hrs to wash a load because we were educated that it washes a rack at a time instead the entire wash. So I can see how the soap is being left behind, splashed up on bottles and glasses. Unfortunately once you buy an appliance, your stuck. Not like you can try it on at the store.... the old dishwashers were so much better. Wish I had mine fixed instead.

The dish washer we bought is not even 1 year old and it already started giving trouble. It started giving trouble after 6 months of usage and it is really painful as it is always an unexpected work in our busy schedule.

Sadly I cant review how it works. This was delivered on June14th 2025 and is still sitting in its box in my living room. They brought it without the proper accessories to install it and just left it there. Why did they bother bringing it without all the proper parts like they were surprised they had to install it? We have called and emailed and still it sits there . When we ordered appliances from that other big box place it was all done on timeand in one visit .
