AVOID !!! - piece of junk!
Owned this for 3 years. Never dries dishes...never! Second, the arrangement, both top and bottom racks, is terrible. Lastly it clogs all the time. Had our previous KitchenAid d/w for 18 years. Never clogged once.

Terrible product
This product is terrible. I washed poorly and doesn't dry at all no matter what dry cycle you use. It has also constantly leaked even after a repair was made

Extremely loud after 1 year of use - defective
Purchased this in 2021 and worked nicely for just over 1 year. After that the motor started making very loud noises during the entire wash cycle. The sound was unbearable. The in app support group was very unresponsive so we foolishly had this repaired outside of LG extended warranty. The motor repair cost as much as the initial unit. The machine worked well for another year before the exact same thing happened. The machine worked but the noise was unbearable. We eventually replaced unit from another manufacturer after another year. Huge mistake not using LG support as cost would have been better for fix but ultimately disappointing experience with LG and this dishwasher.

ITS A SHORT TUB. MINUS ABOUT 1.5" HEIGHT.
IT IS A SHORT TUB. I DID NOT KNOW DISHWASHERS COME IN SHORT OR TALL TUBS. I SLID THE UNIT IN PLACE AND THERE WAS THIS BIG GAP BETWEEN THE DISHWASHER AND BOTTOM OR COUNTERTOP. I PUT PIECES OF 2X4 UNDER THE BACK OF THE WASHER AND EXTENDED THE FEET ON THE FRONT ALMOST ALL THE WAY UP UNTIL 1 THREAD WAS SHOWING SO I COULD GET THE HEIGHT SET TO SCREW THE FRONT OF THE UNIT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE COUNTERTOP.

Exceptional value dishwasher
The dishwasher is of exceptional quality and construction. It cleans dishes very well with minimal noise. Washing capability is superior to a previous model I used from different brand. Display works well, and offers plenty of status into cycles and fluid levels. Drying capability is slower than other machines I've used with an element, but a trade-off for decreased energy use.

Efficient dishwasher
The dishwasher is efficient. However, to open the dishwasher you have to pull the front panel handle area. The very middle of the panel, has the digital timer on it. A split occurred in the very area where you pull to open the dishwasher. This was after less than a year. We did have it replaced. Hopefully it won't keep happening

Lg dishwasher
I bought it 2 or 3 years ago I m okey with the dishwasher. It doesnt clean my cups or small bowls on the second rack. Cups are always dirty. Bottom rack is good it cleans but second rack doesnt clean. In the future if I have option to buy dishwasher probably wont be buying lg again.

Beautiful look but not durable.
I loved my dishwasher but in less than a year it crashed. It stop doing a whole sickle, it sounded as it was just draining and it won't stop, I had to pull the braker down for it to stop. It was unrepairable.

Terrible product do not buy
Bought 6/23. Vacation home. So not daily or even weekly use. Today 11/24 the control panel is going crazy w flickering lights and clicking. On phone w LG for “extended 2 year manufacture warranty” that Sams club offers….LG states it is not a full 2 year extension of warranty and only includes parts. So I am responsible for labor. Completely unacceptable.
