[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this dishwasher three weeks ago. I did so much research before settling on this LG Dishwasher. I wanted functionality, water/electricity saving functions, and a sleek/clean design, which is what this LG dishwasher is. Overall it is a great dishwasher. It is a four power wash and both the top and the bottom racks share the same amount of pressure which was very important to me when browsing through different dishwashers. Needless to say, I handle the dishwasher with care and I am pretty good about removing and scraping off food pieces since I don’t want them to accumulate within the dishwasher, and thus far I have not seen any unwashed bits in any dish. I have washed pots and pans in addition to the regular dishes of plates, cups, cutlery etc. The dishwasher is powerful and gets the job done. One of the things I love the most is the different cycle options that are offered. On days where I feel that I want a quicker wash for mildly soiled items, there is an option to set the washer to Express/32 minutes, which is AMAZING and helps you save on your electric bill ! I love that flexibility in the cycles because it lets me decide what I want to do and how I want to wash certain dishes without being tied to preset functions. Aesthetically speaking, the dishwasher is sleek with a built in front touch dial, which adds elegance to my kitchen. Oh and before I go, one of my most favorite functions is to press and hold the start button for three seconds which initiates the machine to drain the excess remaining water. I love this feature because it helps to avoid any type of smell that can accumulate. How neat is that ?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are generally happy with our new dishwasher. It does continue to emit an odd mechanical/oil-type odor when it runs. The only other complaint is that the buttons are easily activated. I have done so when shutting the door and my mother in law bumped it when turning around. It's pretty quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes!

I bought this dishwasher to replace a 20 year old one. It is so quiet I cannot hear it ten feet away. It has many features that I will use. I used the half load feature and it cleaned the dishes. I did take the top silverware rack out because I will never need to use it. The bottom rack will hold large pots and pans along with plates. I have used the half rack feature. It worked. When I washed large pans you could hear the spray hitting the pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a few weeks and love it. My husband and I cannot believe how quiet it is. We thought it hadn’t come on then saw the lights. Does a great job cleaning and it has so much room. We are very happy with it.

Just purchased my LG dishwasher and i'm very impressed with how quiet it is. Also like the design with the channels underneath the unit for the plumbing and electric to travel through. Lastly, the screw in the front to level the back leg is a great feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally purchasing a new dishwasher was main reason I went appliance shopping This model had all of the features I wanted but even more. Being able to run half a load either top or bottom rack was a tremendous feature as well as adjustable bottom rack. The additional night dry was a feature I didn’t know was possible.

I have been using it for several weeks and am really happy with it! It cleans well and is soooo quiet!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple of months, I am happy that I chose this dishwasher. Runs very quietly, dishes clean well and loading options are very good. Cycle times are pretty long so we run at night when we go to bed.

The dishwasher is ok. Does not dry the dishes all the way. Tried all the settings and same results. There is an awful smell coming from the dishwasher. Smells like mold or stagnant water. The dishwasher is leveled and drains very good. Disappointed that the dishwasher does not dry the dishes and the dishwasher is always wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have run our new DW just a few times and so far we are not happy with it. It looks great, it's very quiet but the performance is not what we are used to. I called tech support and they gave me some recommendations. I will see how the next cycle works. The issues... My dishes are NOT dry. A feature they promote is that there is no heating element at the bottom of the unit so you don't melt plastic but I don't think it's hot enough to dry my dishes. All the items I place on the top rack are wet. Not even close to dry. The tech says I have to use rinse aid. This unit is designed to be used with rinse aid. We'll see. The other issue is that some dishes do NOT get clean. I had a lid from a soup pot and I placed it on the lower rack to be washed. It came out with streaks and still had residue. I left it in the DW for a second run and I still had the same issue so I washed it by hand. The tech says I need to run hot water in the sink to ensure I have hot water in the DW right away. I will try that too.
