Our new LG FRONT CONTROL DISHWASHER WITH QUADWASH AND 3RD RACK is quiet and does a super job. We bought the white model, which matches our other white appliance perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed a month ago. It is amazingly quiet. I had to use the instructions for the first three loads, and one half load, but now it seems to have memorized my regular choice. I did not realize when I bought this that it had no heating element to dry the dishes. But we run the d/w at night, and choose the overnight option, and the dishes are mostly dry within a few hours. We learned not to put lids on the 3rd rack bc they don't dry; but they're fine on the second rack. The description says it's a stainless steel tub, but it sounds plastic, but I think it's thin steel. So far I am perfectly happy with it and its cleaning and drying. I do not use any rinse aid. The half load wash is great as well.

If you buy this get the extended warranty. Few weeks after warranty expired soap dispenser stopped working it wod not open during wash and dispense soap.. extended warranty covered it. Does not clean dishes well and many times coffee cups have to run thru again or just wash by hand. Constantly has a funny odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans all the dishes very well. Even plates with dried food come out very clean. When the dishwasher is on you can barely hear it working. I am buying many LG appliances now because I am very happy with the quality.

Owned this dishwasher for 1 year. I like the stainless interior, variety of cycles, and quiet wash. However, it does not clean or dry as well as I had hoped or as well as another high end dishwasher I have previously had. I expected more for the price and am disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the best feature of this dishwasher {besides washing & drying so well } is that it's very quiet!!!. the only bad point was the dent on the bottom of the door.[ inside] my wife & i both missed it upon installation , discovered after first cleaning. does not affect the washing cycles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks beautiful! Very quiet compared to my old dishwasher. The pods fit in the compartment perfectly and I do use the recommended finishing liquid. I'm getting used to the silverware basket with separate slots for silverware but might remove the lid to make it easier to just toss in as removing them you have to put your fingers on the eating portion to remove. I gave it a 4 rating because I'm not sure the 3rd rack gets things as clean as it should. Sometimes I need to re wash items up there. Also the controls are on the front and every time someone accidently leans against the front of dishwasher it turns on so I have to stop it every once in while. Otherwise I am enjoying this product and would recommend.

I do like front controls design is good Bottom spray pinwheel broke already- dishwasher is only 6 months old! It is made with a very tiny piece of plastic holding it all together. It was repaired under warranty but this makes me question quality of the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it about 3 weeks ago. It was expensive having it installed in an apartment. So far I like it. It cleans very well, dries pretty well and is not too noisy. What I don't like is that the words on the front panel are printed in black and very small so they are very difficult to see. I have to change glasses and get close to see what they say. Not crazy about that. I do like the little lights over the words. I just can't see what they say. Also, the way the interior dish holders are set up are not good. It's very hard to get bowls and irregular items in there of which I have many. It is very difficult loading it up for me because of these items.

Remains to be seen if this one will hold up more than a few years, but so far so good. Quiet and easy to operate. I like the third cutlery rack and that the middle rack is adjustable. It fits big pots my old dishwasher couldn't. It took a little time to figure out how to get a full load of dishes on the bottom rack. Definitely can't load it in a rush if you want to get a lot in. I like that the inside bottom around the drain is flat and easy to wipe down after a load. No random crevices where missed food particles can accumulate. We installed the dishwasher ourselves. Ran into issues with the drain hose being larger diameter than our old model and needing it to run it closer to the floor. Otherwise install was pretty simple with good instructions. So far cleans everything well on auto setting. It has a lot of settings/features I haven't tried yet. Pros: Cleans well, quiet, can fit pots, adjustible shelves. Chose this model because it was highly rated for energy/water efficiency. Cons: A little difficult to load correctly, some on the interior parts feel plasticky/ flimsy
