We purchased this unit two months ago to replace our 17 year old dishwasher. We had concerns due to the environmental limitations placed on dishwashers by the government. However, although the run time is longer, the dishes come our dry and completely spotless as we use a jet dry rinse aid.

It does not have Wi-Fi the racks fold down to easy just not nearly as quality as the last one I had I would not buy this again I would pay for an upgraded better one. And the door came and needed repair just not my favorite. But I will give it 5 stars for cleaning. It cleans perfectly just I don’t care for the racks and how the buttons are the model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my dishwasher for about a month it's very quiet cleans the dishes really well. My only problem is with the bottom rack. My Mikasa dishes tip sideways instead of sitting up straight. Also the bottom rack has to be pulled out very slowly and steadily it falls off the track really easily. I also wish there was something for stemware. But I do love the upper rack for the cutlery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does a good job getting the dishes clean, though sometimes items on the small rack at the top do not gat as clean as expected. Our old dishwasher (Kitchenaid which stopped working after 6 years) had more insulation and was quite a bit quieter, though it was rated at 46dB while this new one is rated at 48dB. The LGs insulation is quite a bit thinner. In any event, we're happy with the dishwasher features for the price and would purchase again.

This dishwasher is very quiet, and excellent at cleaning all my dishes and flatware. It took some getting used to having the third rack, but I now totally love it. A great place for all utensils. The adjustability of the second rack allows a great deal of flexibility for putting tall items in either the bottom or the second rack. Looks great and matches all my other LG appliances well.

We love the top rack for longer utensils and the fold down racks at the bottom. Just wish this one had Wi-Fi capability for the LG thin Q app

This dishwasher really does an excellent job of cleaning. I really like how you can customize the racks. I can now load all my large mixing bowls and tall baking sheets. I also love how quiet it is. The first few times I used it, I had to check to see if it was actually running.

I moved into a house 2 1/2 years ago and had to buy all new appliances. I bought this same model LG Dishwasher and was extremely happy with its features and especially how quiet it ran. I just sold that house and moved into another which also needed new appliances and, since I was so happy with this model, I bought it again!

This unit it's amazingly quiet and does a great job cleaning on the Auto setting. If you leave the dishes sit for a week, Express wash setting does not get the dried food off, so now I soak the silverware until I am ready to wash. Busy family use probably won't have this problem. The top rack fits an amazing amount of silverware and is more sanitary because you don't have to touch the clean surfaces when done like you would with a side basket. I love the super-deep lower rack; able to fit cookie sheets, large skillets and large platters. The night dry keeps moisture from accumulating when you wash at bedtime. LG had the features I wanted (stainless interior, deep rack, third rack, white exterior). Overall, it was easy to install with detailed directions (59 yo female). The only tricky part was knowing which size screws for side-mounting to the cabinet. I used screws that were too small and now they are stuck forever in the dishwasher frame and can't get them back out. Would be nice to have the side-mounting screws included so you don't have to guess length and gauge. Overall, nice luxury to have when the whole family comes over and uses every dish in my house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have hard water so getting dishes nice and clean is difficult. This dishwasher is doing a great job. My glasses are clear and sparkling and no residue on anything. Love the top rack for silverware- gives me more room below and the adjustable glass rack is handy. Only issue is how long the cycle is- almost 3 hours.
